I had a terrible experience with an order. I should have checked trust pilot reviews before I made my purchase. My order came from China, it resembled nothing that was advertised and what I ordered from the online website. In my invoice, the order of the pucture was matching what I indeed ordered. Upon receiving something entirely different, I confronted the customer service with photo evidence to show that I did not receive what I ordered and politely asked them to send the right order. They continued to deny and claimed that their so called engagement team assured that I was sent the right product. The bizarre thing is that the product they sent as confirmed by the so called engagement team was not even on their webpage. After going back and forth with about 10 email exchanges with the customer service I gave up. The product also has got nothing to do with any reference to the Netherlands as the website claims, it was made in China, sent from China, an item similar to what one could buy for 8 euros from Primark or Temu.

The product am referring to is the Aubergine colour cordinated set that was advertised repeatedly on social media. The customer service tried to tell me that maybe I am confused with another online website with a similar name, using their name to avoid any responsibility. I did my home work to make sure where and what I purchase and as a professional researcher I am able to distinguish two websites from one another. So, I did not fall for the strategy of them trying to create self doubt and confusion, for them to get away.

I really did not want to write a review initially, but after seen how many people have fallen for this scam, I am compelled to write one now as an act of responsibility towards people who work hard to earn their pennies.

This site is a scam, do not order from here.
Placed the order, had confirmation and nothing since, no response to emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The return policy is written in Dutch and when they send you the article wich doesn't look like the picture at all and the size is wrong, they tell you that you can not return your article because it was on sale.

Really disappointed. Ordered via there Facebook page. Ordered over 300£ worth of dresses, next day delivery and nothing.
