Delivery delays!
The quality of the cereals free food is good BUT delivery times are extremely unpredictable. Even though I’m a long time customer and a club member I have to ask for compensation every time it happens. Sometimes they give 10 euros saying “sorry for delay” but usually nothing happens. Im sad to say but my dog has been without proper food many times because of delays from this company.

first- class service. Sth went wrong with the delivery (which wasn’t Oliver‘s Petfood‘s fault, but of the delivery service), and the people at Oliver‘s Petfood dealt with this expeditiously and friendly, and quickly arranged for a new delivery. Thank you very much! (Aside from this, the dog also really likes the food.)

Great food for our dog and good service
Our dog started out eating Orijen and Acana but often had digestive problems. We tried Oliver’s after advice from a dog breeder and have never looked back. His digestive issues are gone and we have a happy healthy dog. They always deliver promptly as well!
