Purchased the Berkeley model online as I’ve heard a lot about these watches and I can only say good things. From selecting the watch you want to how quickly it arrived and the lovely box it came in. Couldn’t be more happier would 100% recommend to anybody who wants to add a watch to their collection

As a man who is into his watches I have nothing but good words to write about my new recently bought Oliver Coen watch. Very very happy to add one to my collection. Couldn’t say a bad word about the watch or the customer service from purchase to when it arrived. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely horrendous experience

I ordered a watch back in April for my partner - after being promised it would arrive within 4-5 days, after 2 weeks I had still not received. After countless emails to their 'support' email address and contacting my bank, someone finally got back to me.

For a company that claims to be UK based, it was a shock to then once receive the watch to get a Fedex charge of £57 for UK import tax as it has been shipped from Florida.

Despite continuous emails from myself, Oliver Coen has still not paid the Fedex charge (even though their website clearly states all taxes are included), nor the £30 refund they promised for the 6 week delay in delivery. I am now looking at taking legal action against them.

I should say that the product itself is fantastic, just how this company is run and how they treat/communicate with their customers is an absolute shambles. Order at your own risk.

Shipping was very quick and the follow-up emails were a nice touch. I'm very happy with my watch, it's stylish, very well-made and didn't break the bank.

I surprised my boyfriend with a Berkeley watch for his birthday after reading so many positive reviews online, he is over the moon with it!

I recently bought the Hampstead model for my brother as a 30th birthday present and he absolutely loves it. Personally, I much prefer the Brooklyn model, and given how reasonable the prices on the website are and how efficient the delivery was I hope they hurry up and restock it soon!

My brother has one of these watches and he loves it, but my dad really likes it too and is always complimenting my brother on his, so I thought I'd treat my dad to one of his own as a gift for father's day.

I ordered on Friday evening and it arrived Saturday morning which was great. It was really nicely boxed already so I didn't need to gift wrap it which was a nice bonus.

My dad is going on holiday tomorrow so I gave it to him today so he can wear it while he is away. He almost started crying when I gave it to him! He loves it. :D
