Just like everyone else, I ordered and had the same experience. The took my money, never shipped my product then disappeared with no response. I’ve had multiple issues on more than one order. I thought they were just slow but now I see they are thieves. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but clearly they didn’t work. First order arrived fine, second order was bad product and they knew it but sent it anyway. Took 13 weeks and 17 emails to get replacement. Every excuse imaginable was said. Third order took forever and product was wrong. Fourth order never received and they’ve disappeared with my money. They are dishonest crooks who deserve to investigated further for their business practices. Horrible business, horrible owners. Will never buy from them again and we ensure I tell everyone possible to not order from them.

Placed and paid for an order August 1, 2022. It was wrong and notified Dan who said he would be correcting it. Nothing… after going back and for with excuses and promises from him I never received the corrected order.

Paid $700 but received nothing. Asked Dan and Alexandra Kolar for an update on my order and got blocked. Old town atelier is 100% scam company

Please know you are taking a huge risk with this company! After waiting two weeks for a tracking number I contacted Dan Kolar about my order. He said he would check on it. After waiting another week and no response back I requested a refund. He read my message and continued to ignore me! This company needs to be held accountable!!

I got scammed by Old Town Atelier. Paid Dan Kolar and Alexandra Kolar hundreds of dollars for materials but I never got them… scammers! Seems they have scammed many people!!

I placed an order and never received it. I tried to email and they were not accepting emails. I reached out on Facebook and was blocked. I filed a claim and they haven't responded. I discovered they have a long history of taking people's money and not shipping products. They are scammers. They have used every excuse as to why they're not shipping. They have outstanding orders clear back to June.

Like many others here I was scammed by Dan Kolar of Old Town Atelier. It’s almost like every 5 orders he receives, he only ships 4 of them and then he blocks the 5th customer. I will be suing Dan today.

The first order I made with them was fine. The second order was a nightmare. The wood was so bad. I messaged the owner Dan and sent him pictures of every piece. He blamed his staff for bad quality control. He said he was getting better wood in but never once offered replacement or refund. I wish I would have followed advice from others and never ordered from them.

Old Town Atelier stole money from my small business. i ordered lots of materials from old town atelier and waited a month but nothing has shown up,. they gave me a fake tracking number which has no movement. this is hurting my small business.

Never received my order. i asked for an update and they blocked me. Having to file a paypal dispute. Scam company

I was a scammed by Old Town Atelier.
I placed two orders for materials (over $400) and two weeks later… nothing. They are completely ignoring me. Many other people are having the same issue. Dan Kolar, the owner, is being investigated by multiple agencies for this scam. I had to dispute both of my card transactions. Avoid this company!
