i wanted a Dell laptop from the website and i wanted it quickly. i called to ask about availability, i was immediately called back, i received all the information i needed, i went to the store, people there were very friendly and helpful, in 10 minutes I was ready to go. i've bought an expensive laptop (~2000 EUR), which, in general you don't wish to buy from just anybody. i've been impressed enough that i've ordered an additional 130 EUR router, although it was a little more expensive than in other online stores.
overall, i'd buy again with complete trust (the only thing that would prevent me to use their shop again would be a significant difference in price from the lowest price)

I have purchased one external sound card from them and this was delivered quite fast; there was some misunderstanding with the payment, I have done it though bank transfer but the courier asked for the money at delivery as well. Everything was sorted out afterwards and they've send me the amount back and apologized for inconvenience.

So far so good , nothing else.

Everything looks almost alright, but the laptop didn't have UBUNTU installed. However this was not such a big problem as I didn't intend using that OS... Let's hope we won't encounter other issues.

I have ordered a PC from Oktal last week. DVDRW LG GH22NS50R retail should have contained CD with installation kit. Even if it was bought retail not bulk, it come with nothing, not even the box for it. The order was received with delay. They didn't have the Antec case that I wanted and they said it will not be received until after Christmas, without recommending something similar, but 3 days later there were plenty of models received, displayed on oktal site. I bought some ugly case, because I wanted them to assemble it (they wouldn't assemble it without ordering the case too, which is normal) and I didn't know that waiting 3 days I could have ordered a much better and beautiful case, instead of this noisy ugly case. I have given 2 stars instead of one because they have assemble it for free. There were only good reviews about Oktal, but don't agree with them.

The product came into the store stock, but when I went to claim it it was desktop memory instead of laptop memory, thus I had to wait two more days to bring the appropriate module.

Anyway, good experience and I would buy again.
