I read all these horrible reviews before purchasing, yet I still decided to make a purchase from this website despite the negative reviews.

I purchased only 2K Roblox Robux to test the waters, made immediate payment, and just like the other reviewers said, I was told “no stock” nothing more, nothing less. Then they ignored any others attempts to contact them.

I submitted a Paypal dispute and eventually got my money back. I suppose they get away with stealing your money depending on what way you pay, or whether you bother trying to recover it.

I knew better but still did it. I guess it all comes down to the old saying, “if it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t true”

Bought ingame currency for mobile game from their website with order number and steps on how to contact support to get it.
Support said they don't have it. Thats it, no other reply on my request for refund or anything else.
After some research it seems like they also run thesafe.com, both have the same support link.

Very bad experience and still waiting my refund! I purchased their product and they told me that the item is not available. They should do the refund within 24 hours. I contacted them through out 3 days and they always saying they will do the refund later for any stupid excuse. Which I still never ever get my refund! They are bad and they have multiple different websites which they operate with the same people. Now the new ones called mmoko and thesafesafe.com, be aware of these scam websites.

Never even heard of this website until I had a PayPal transaction made from them for $145. I've had to cancel my bank card, make a case via PayPal and because this happened at 9:30PM, have to wait till morning to call PayPal.
Tried talking to them via their chat page to be told a refund will be made once the manager comes in, within the next 24 hours, and take 5-7 days to refund. Seeing the negative comments on here though, I'll stick with going through PayPal and my bank.

Made a relatively small purchase and was told they have no stock and I'd be refunded. Still waiting for my refund. Why advertise for a game you have no stock in? lol. 0/10 do not use. Oh and btw, the guy I live chatted with took ages to respond and was rude.

Okaygoods leaves fake positive reviews all over sites like these. I was foolish enough to buy from them, and oh boy did I learn my lesson. They demanded very personal details (driver's license, etc) from me after I had already made my purchase, and they rudely told me they would not deliver the item if I didn't comply. This is a scam if I've ever seen one. I had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back, and judging from some other reviews I think just the fact I even got a refund made me one of the lucky ones.

If you're looking to buy ingame stuff, try MmoGah. They're a little bit more expensive, but they're transparent and don't try any sneaky BS like Okaygoods. From one skeptical person to another, please avoid Okaygoods and any of their other names such as Clara Wong or rsmalls.

Dont know how some ppl here got "scamed" but i bought 2x 2000k Neverwinter astraldiamonds for Xbox and they delivered fast. There is just one thing you need to know before you buy: they will need some infos from you. Like a pic of your ID or driverlicense(dont need to show all they just need to see your full name on it you can hide the rest) and your phone number. If your fine with it you will get what you want! And btw i didn't give them my phonenumber bc i am not allowed to(i got my ad anyways) but after i got what i payed for i def would! You can trust them. Will def buy in future from them again!

I trusted these guys and did they deliver?? Hell yeah they did! I really like this website. Their representatives are actually friendly and helpful. They made everything go smooth from the very beginning. It absolutely was given to me in roughly 5 minutes after purchase. I will definitely order from here again!
