It’s been 3 days with Oister. They’ve already charged me extra for something that is supposed to be included in my subscription, the website stopped working for an entire day out of the three I’ve been with them, and they’ve kept me waiting on the phone for over an hour so far (and I’m still waiting). On top of that, none of their services are available in English: not the website, not the emails, and not the option to be assisted in English over the phone. Let’s see whether I even make it through the first week without canceling.

Bad Data Service,
I am writing to make a formal complaint about the extremely slow internet service on my SIM card. The connection is so poor that I cannot even watch basic videos on Facebook or YouTube. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience in my daily use.
When I contacted your colleague about this problem, I was told that I must either pay for six months or wait until the binding period ends. I find this response unacceptable. I am paying for a service that I am not able to use properly.
Your advertisements claim to provide one of the best networks, but my experience has been the opposite. The network quality I receive is very poor, and it does not meet reasonable service expectations.
I request that you investigate this issue and provide a proper solution as soon as possible. If the service cannot be improved, I expect a fair resolution, including the possibility of terminating the contract without additional charges.

Oister has been great, quick and easy to switch to their service via digital sim card, it can be done in an instant, which is great if you have someone stalking your phone.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible customer service. They kept on taking money from my account months after I unsubscribed. Charging me 2000 dkk for a router I never recieved, and said that I used 300gbs of data on a plan I never wanted which only has 5gbs of data. The worst mobile company in the world.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience from the very first day.
We activated Oister Home Internet (5G) on January 11, 2026, and the service has been completely unusable from day one. Despite following all recommendations, the connection does not work as advertised or promised during the sales process.
We performed multiple speed and stability tests throughout the day. Results fluctuate heavily and, most critically, the upload speed dropped to 0 Mbps in the latest test. With 0 Mbps upload, the connection is effectively broken: no streaming, no work platforms, no online gaming, and even basic browsing fails.
To rule out any user-side issues:
The modem is placed directly at a window, literally against the glass
Devices are in the same room or only one wall away
Still, phones and TV fail to connect or constantly disconnect
At this point, I am forced to use my iPhone’s 5G connection (Norlys) just to send emails and leave this review, because Oister’s home internet does not work at all.
Support and communication are equally disappointing:
There is no functional email contact
It is impossible to call support on a Sunday
The sales representative promised to be a direct contact, but the email address provided does not even accept incoming messages
As a result, we already lost one full day of service and one day of the 14-day withdrawal period, without having a working connection or proper support. This feels deeply unfair.
We were also scheduled to move four mobile phone lines to Oister shortly, but after this experience, we have completely lost confidence.
In short:
The service does not work, does not match what is advertised, and the support structure is inadequate when problems arise. This has been, without exaggeration, the worst decision to switch provider.
