Failing support now from at least on agent!
I have ordered over the past couple of years medicine from this company and the service/support has been good. However with my last order I did not receive support from the agent involved. This has left me doing multiple e-mails to their support staff and is now causing me a great deal of concern with this companies present level of support displayed to their clients. They really need to clean up there service support level if they wish to maintain existing customers.

I have been purchasing from Offshore Drug Mart for some years now and always found them to be very helpful, reliable and honest in their dealings with me. Product is always as advertised and delivered speedily to me. There have been ongoing problems with my account not working properly on their site, but I have just contacted their support area and ordered direct through them. Even during the covid19 delivery problems, I had a shipment delivered to me in Australia in just over a week. Faster than I would have received an item bought in Australia, as things stand.

Always Reliable
Offshore supplied my first order in February 2018, and since then, I've been a happy customer. In the past, I'd been burned twice by other suppliers, but not with Offshore. Am a Canadian and have pills shipped to the US and France and, from there, they were mailed in small lots to me in Ottawa. Great deal versus the ridiculous Canadian prices
