Incorrect website information
Very quick delivery, but looks like item was sent out to by another company. It was not exactly the item advertised online, so that's why I give a negative review. The website advertises the Hailo L90 2x2 step ladder which is 46cm high. I got sent the Hailo D90 2x2 step ladder which is 40cm high. It is not a massive difference, but I had especially selected this supplier as they seemed to be the only ones left still selling the slightly higher version (I think it is probably an older model), but at consideraby (+20%) higher cost compared to other suppliers. Poor practice in my opinion.

Over priced and uncomfortable
The chair is easy to build and the materials are of reasonable quality. BUT... the seat base foam is really poor and becomes uncomfortable to sit on after 10-15 minutes. There is hardly any cushioning between the hard plastic base and it feels like you're sitting on a brick. Definitely would not reccommend the chair.

Good product - Shocking delivery
Good product, shocking delivery! Two stars is fair considering the issues
The product came and it is suitable and fit for purpose, however its cost extra to have it redelivered.
A lack of customer service seems to be the issue here, paid for the chair, it offered next day delivery, I came into the office two days later to find out that no chair had been delivered, checked the tracking and it says attempted 9am on the dot the previous day.
Asked the staff who were here and they didn’t see anything, business is open 24/7 365 days a year so I was surprised when the tracking said failed due to business being shut.
I raised the query with OFO, they wanted to recharge me for delivery without even understanding my point that I had checked the CCTV and nobody tried to deliver the chair, yet they heard back from the delivery company that someone from my business then informed them to send the item back to OFO, again they didn’t really take on board my query, if the delivery company only had my contact details who else would have authorised the return upon missed delivery. What I expected was them to take these queries direct to the delivery company and get proof, however they were more interested in charging me a redelivery fee.

The carrier advised us that this was rejected by someone onsite, but as you have advised that there was no attempt made and CCTV has been checked its likely they tried at the wrong premises.
