I went there to send a simple FAX, 7 pages. Lady taking care of me said it won't cost too much. I expected to pay about 5 euros. Seems reasonable although expensive for a service that is almost free of cost for them. I WAS ASKED TO PAY ABOUT 30 EUROS ! 8 Euros for the 1st page and then 3+ euros per page. What the hell. Oh and she said it won't cost me too much because she got mixed up with the prices for FRANCE. Yes yes, they charge different rates depending on the country you are sending the fax to. This is hustle ! I would have refused to pay if I wasn't late for a meeting because I already waited for 30 minutes for the fax to go through. For info, sending a FAX via internet costs about 3 euros. And if you know someone who has a fax, it's free. One of my worse investment ever. I will remember this one until I die. Hope Office Depot goes out of business soon.

Went to get some print outs, the guy charged me three times as much and added some other extra charges to my receipt. I was unsuspecting and realised much later what he’d done. Won’t go there again and can’t trust them again!
