Good service.

Really slow dispatch and delivery, because of this I wanted to cancel my order. Surprise, surprise office have made it incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone. Chatbot - unavailable, email “we will get back to you in five days”. It's frustrating that companies continue to get away with providing such poor customer service while making it so difficult for customers to resolve issues. Would never order from Office again.

Have bought ankle boots from office for years. I've actually just parted ways with 2 prs I bought 10 years ago, it was finally time to give up the ghost as only so many times you can replace the heels & soles. Fantastic boots and the new pr (suede wedges) are amazing

It was an ease to picking up the trainers I ordered online and it was delivered quick on the timeline stated on the email. The store staff were also super friendly and helpful. I didn’t know wait too long for item. The product is superbly comfy and great value for money!! Highly recommend it using their online service and overall pleasant experience. I’ll be returning it near future!!

Product hasn't arrived. I contacted live chat and they asked for 48 hours to chase delivery company and provide an update. I have not had an update. I tried live chat but it asked me to email customer service which I have done so.
I'm missing shoes and out of pocket. Really unhappy as these were a gift.

I didn't check the reviews before I ordered as I have used Office before and all was fine. After seeing the reviews post-order I was filled with dread thinking there would be delivery issues and the boxes would be damaged etc. However, I'm glad to report I had no problems at all. The order was delivered 3 days after ordering (well within the standard delivery window) and the boxes were not damaged in any way. Very happy with my purchase and would use again.

Ordered a pair of airmax 90 drift first from office then from their sister company offspring both times I got an odd pair of shoes! Different colors the second from offspring one was even from a worn pair, took weeks both times to arrange sending back and had to pay postage then customer support offered me a 10% voucher which I refused like I'll be using them again shocking

The service from OFFICE has been great, sadly the shoes weren’t the colour I was expecting them to be, but the super simple returns service they have with DPD made it quick and easy to return them and be refunded.
