I got an email saying you had Crocs back in stock that I have been trying to get, I had bought and paid for them within minutes of receiving the email and yet the next day you sent me an email saying you couldn't fulfill my order. It has now been 4 days and you still have my money, really poor.

Slow delivery, incorrect description of shoe fit
Unfortunately the shoes took forever to arrive because of issues with the delivery company. When they finally arrived they were the narrow version of the shoes so didn’t fit. There was nothing in the description online that said they were narrow rather than regular fit. Return was very straightforward.

Easy to order online and faster than expected delivery!
I found the sandals I wanted on sale at Office online. I placed the order on Thursday with an estimated delivery time 3-5 working days! I was so happy to receive them on Saturday morning! Absolutely love my new sandals and glad they arrived ahead of time!

Unfortunately, I never received my item as delivery was never attempted by DPD, despite my having asked for it to be delivered to a locker. It went straight back to the depot and immediately back to Office.
