Don’t recommend this travel agency! They do not reply to emails. Moreover the waiting time to get in touch with them via the phone is more than one hour! It’s impossible to discuss and get support from this agency!
The information provided prior to the trip is incomplete and they booked the flight tickets using incorrect names! The overall organisation regarding the transport and the trips is terrible!We had to wait more than one hour to leave to the hotel from the airport. We landed at 13:15 and arrived at the hotel at 17.Returning home, we left the hotel at 4:30 am and our flight was at 11. The drivers are rude, the buses don’t have aircon and are not clean.
Were only 90 km from the hotel to the airport…I will not choose this agency ever again.
Dont use this Company....we had a bad experience in Alanya...wrong and bad rooms, but Öger didn't help us at all. We contacted their guide but he didn't help us. We sent 4 emails to Öger but they didn't care to answer properly...after two or three days they just answered: what is your booking number" and we had written the booking number in ALL mails. Hopeless! But at last the hotel helped us, but with NO help from Öger, so we cannot recommend this company
