I asked the Mr. Filip Lisac to prepare a house purchase contract and to check if the house has been already legalized.
There was a document which shows that some retaining walls belong to the house are illegal. Mr. Lisac did not read it and did not warn me at all. He told me all the time that I am save and I do not have to worry about anything.
After I told him that the walls are not illegal his answer was: yes this walls of 4 Meters is not legalized however this does not mean that the house is not legal
