Bough a set from 1 of their Christmas stalls in December. The drinks were actually decent but the vendor really sucked to deal with.

They honestly put me off buying from them so I only grabbed a straight forward gift set instead of making a much bigger buy of around 8/9 lots so everyone could of had their own for Christmas.

I would recommend the drinks but I couldn't say it knowing how the people are who sell it.

I tried the tough nut moonshine at a stand during the Christmas period and I loved it enough to buy it as a present for my partner. The taste was great and it warmed the throat after the first sip. Unfortunately, the experience was different when we opened the bottle at home. There's no hit of alcohol, so it's more like an expensive syrup than an alcoholic drink. I wouldn't buy it again unfortunately.

The ability to try before you buy with a little taster is a great idea,
I bought a bottle from a stand in my local shopping centre in Doncaster (Frenchgate) I bought the candied almond flavour, it has a sweet buttery caramel taste very very moreish.

Such poor customer services.
I tried placing an order with the free chocolate spread. It said congratulations you are entitled to it but as i was paying noticed it wasn't in my basket so I questioned it. I was never getting it, it was sold out. Tried the same then with the free cracker. Added to my order but again wasn't in my email confirmation. Questioned this and was told you cant have it with any other offers, shouldn't be added to your basket then! I gave up on any free items and just placed an order only to get a message from Parcelforce to say it had been returned as it was damaged. The company never contacted me, ive had to chase to get a replacement sent. Got confirmation to say my new order had been placed only to find out 4 days later than one item was out of stock (again no contact from the company, nothing saying if I would get a refund or if I wanted a different flavour sent). The contact is rubbish, none apologetic and now ive been told ill get a refund and it will be up to 10 days. Never again. Avoid ordering from here its really not worth the trouble, they simple dont care!!

Ordered for a present. Said 2-3 business days for delivery. Took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Ignored all emails asking for an update. Really poor customer service, wouldn't order from them again.

Excellent company. Unfortunately during transit there was damage to the parcel. O'Donnell Moonshine rectified this as soon as they were made aware and a new parcel was sent out. Excellent customer service, will definitely order again. Thank you!

So disappointed. Firstly made an order which included the mystery box then waited over a week with no update when delivery was meant to be 3 - 4 days. I chased it up only to be told there were no mystery boxes in stock. Why let me order it then? Option was a refund or pick another item. I ordered the mystery box because it was on sale and a gift so opted for a refund as otherwise would be paying full price for an item i didn't particularly want. That part was fine but here we are almost a month later and i still don't have my delivery. It's apparently with Royal Mail/Parcelforce so my next part of complaint is with them as it hasn't been delivered but overall just a poor experience and I think it will be my first and last which is a shame because the products i've tried taste great.

I purchased a mystery box last week Nov 25, and it's the worst thing I have ever got. It's value was supposed to be £88.20, I got
2 x 350ml bottles (700ml sells at £27)
2 x 50ml shots
2 X drink mats
1 x pouring lid
1 X tiny wrist band
This was supposed to add up to £88.20?
To be honest for the £49.99 that was paid. It's definitely not worth it, cheaper to buy it and know what you're getting for your money

This company used to be excellent... if you had a query, nothing was too much trouble.

I had issues with the loyalty scheme item .. was very specific with my requests in CHAT.. 4 1/2 hours later - chat closed with no resolution. So I emailed.. the replies took ages on chat and completely ignored my enquiry and something not asked for was carried out.. dealing with two different people on the same chat also has not helped.. REALLY poor customer care.. and when I tried to find information to make a complaint - nothing in their contact us section or anywhere else.. I feel like they are hiding.. have recommended to friends and colleagues in the past.. now I will be issuing them warnings on how bad the customer service team are.. SAD SAD SAD! UNHAPPY UNHAPPY UNHAPPY

Never received very hard to complain no contact number avoid because now I have to ask my bank to get my money back

Beautiful drinks, quite pricey for what they are, but they make a great cocktail/ pour over ice cream/in coffee/short drink on their own! Great staff at markets especially and speedy delivery online when I restocked,

The stuff itself can be quite pleasant (hence the star)..... if you get it.
Ordered on 30th November and it stated "2-3 days" delivery.
Needed this by today (6th December) as its a gift for someone who, after today, I won't see until after Christmas. Still not arrived.
May order again but am looking at alternatives now. Certainly won't trust their delivery timescales.

Excellent customer service. I had to return a product (I ordered the wrong thing), and Merle provided excellent customer service.

I ordered very cherry for my partner as they love this as a gift for Xmas, unfortunately I was out when it arrived and they received the package which to my disappointment had the product wrote all over the box so they now know one of their gifts. Should be put inside plain packaging this time of year.

Such a great company to buy from. Simple website. Awesome products.

Just had my third delivery and we love it will be ordering more as soon as we drink the 3 bottles we have .

Got what I ordered, quickly and safely. Just wish I could redeem my points more easily. Only one item per order and some merch not available to redeem. Got a lot of proof points stored up that I can't use, which is a shame.

Parcel delivered promptly, we love the tastes and the gift box with all the mini samples will be a lovely Christmas gift.
