I ordered 2 sunglasses on 22/05. After 2 weeks of no information I contacted them through the website and received no reply. Since then I tried to contact them on instagram, facebook and multiple times througy their email adres and received nothing back. Deeply dissapointed, I want to know if they're even still in buisiness or not, otherwise I will demand my money back

UPDATE: they cancelled my order and I just found out that I have now been blocked on all their social media accounts and my negative reviews have been deleted, still never got an answer, but no worries, I managed to get the EXACT SAME sunglasses for €13 combined.

I have to believe mine came with some manufacturing problem. The structure made of plastic broke in 3 days of normal use.
Costumer Service didn't seem to care much about it

Great customer service. Package took a little longer to arrive by GLS, within 3 hours I had a response on my email stating they would figure out what went wrong and come back to me. Everything was fixed within a day en the package arrived perfectly on time for my holiday.

Cool glasses. Look great, although not the greatest quality. Excellent customer service though!

Expensive compared to quality, and annoying glare on the inside of the Polarized glasses.
You can find same quality on any shopping corner, at 20 EUR.

Good service! There was something wrong with my payment, but it is all solved by the customer service.
