Very good sellers, very good quality products. When I had a problem tracking my delivery, customer service provided me with excellent information very quickly.

Support was fast and really helpful, no issues with solving a problem in the best way possible. Products are good quality, delivery times are fine.

Not happy at all. Spent over 90€ on 5 items ordered on the 14/12/25. On order #98859 only 1 of the 2 ordered items has arrived (the box is missing) when the tracking shows as both delivered
As for order #99103 it is still missing, apparently hovering in the air. Tracking clearly shows today 30/12/25 as just being prepared and waiting for transit when your customer service assured me on your response email of 24/12/25 that it was in transit. The Bracelet (the one item received out of five ordered) is exquisite and It is doubly disappointing to have been let down so.

The product looks beautiful in the photos. Ordering and payment were simple, Eric was as helpful as advertised, and his assistance was thorough and satisfactory in addressing my requests. All that's left is for the Le Fidèle signet ring to arrive.

I'm a fan of Norse mythology and i found this site by looking for a high-quality, specialized shop.

I've completed 3 orders one after another so far, and i already purchased my 4th one. The quality of the products they offer is unquestionable, and i would easilly review them with a 5/5.

Sadly, i've had poor experiences with the delivery tracking system: It didn't work at all on my 1st order, and my last one i received was splitted in 2 without anything being told to me, and with no tracking for the second part at all. This caused me some troubles and it really needs to be investigated and fixed as soon as possible.

It really pains me when i see something of quality being damaged by such a weak spot, so i'm still giving this review a 4/5 instead of 3/5. Take this as an invitation to improve yourself!

I received the order on December 22nd, without knowing about shipping... no tracking number, no information on anything...
I received emails from Odin's Hall after 2/3 days with general information…. no details.
I asked Odin's Hall for a refund of the shipping costs... because I paid €7 for shipping and ordered the 4th... it was so late. If I didn't make myself heard, sending 2/3 emails, writing on Instagram, I probably wouldn't have any information from them that they are late with the second package....

I'm so angry with their service…

Had a 2 orders done in december. Begin of feb 1 order came in after intensive mail contact the other one got send back to them they said. So they said to repost it again. Now it is march the package did not arrive. They said we give a refund so they only refunded half of that order and now the support is unavaileble via mail for the rest of the refund amount.
