ODEON - Streatham Reviews 

It was good but I would wish that corridor are not smelly plus instead too many screens , why not more comfty and bigger screen ones , sound system need improvement.
It is a nice area and we need a cinema there but some updates is a must.

The staff are friendly. Its easy to get to.
Usual enjoy this cinema as we go when its not busy. Today we were in screen 4 and it smelt bad. My son said it was from the toilets. Sort it out please

Right, it isn't summer anymore and it's cold outside, why in anyone's right mind would you turn on the AC while people have to sit for 2 hours watching a movie?! I was so uncomfortable I did not enjoy myself neither did countless others because we had ice cold AC blowing on me from every direction. First time in 5 years I've been cinema, I won't be going again. No one could concentrate on the movie due to it being freezing. Streatham, you've failed me.

I applied for my money to be refunded but none responded to me until the movie was shown and I ended up not seeing the movie. I feel scammed by Odeon cinema

always going to this cinema with my grandchildren, nice people work there, very helpful.

Went to Screen 1 and the sound was terrible - low and muffled so dialogue was hard to hear and no proper surround sound. I get better audio quality at home!

We enjoyed the film and the cinema was clean. The air con was too much, it was freezing in screen 5, myself and my daughter sat with our coats on, it was colder inside than than it was outside and was uncomfortable

Cinema was cold! It waa like watching a movie outside.

I liked it. It was cleaned and I hope customers keep bringing their rubbish outside of the movie area, room, to the designated bins.

Went to see the Movie Michael at my Odeon Streatham and the staff were on queue ie attentive, helpful, available and approachable. There was a hiccup just 15 minutes or so after the movie started, the staff got to the issue, restarted the movie and all ended well, it took a little time to resolve but it got sorted. The inside of the cinema was clean and comfortable, and as soon as the credits completed, staff were there to readily clean etc. I had visited another time and I was aware that staff was present during the movie - that assured me that someone was ensuring that movie goers were in a safe environment. So, I will be going to my Odeon again - especially for Silver deals - thank you for your email reminders, info etc.
