Filthy and disorganised.

No popcorn available. Yes, you heard that right. None. Also no drinks (other than bottles) available. Toilets (one set were closed) the other stinking. Disinterested staff. Every time I go to the cinema I do think ‘why do I bother’.

The primary reason we came for the movie is popcorn. But popcorn wasn't available.

I was treating my Son to a trip to the cinema and as part of that treat, we decided to get some food in the cinema. For reasons beyond their control, there was no hot food or popcorn. So, a bit disappointed, I ordered a cherry coke instead….I was shocked when I had to pay £4.29 for a 500ml bottle of cherry coke. Since when is it ok to charge that amount for a bottle of coke?! We brought 2 bottles of Coke and a small bag of milk buttons which came to over £12!!
Luckily, the seating and film lived upto expectations but I would seriously advise Odeon to look at their pricing when it comes to food & drink!!

Comfortable seats in row B and a good film.

No popcorn, no millions sweets available apparently when the sweets are there and the tubes behind the counter, no hot food and only one person serving with a long cue with others standing around doing nothing. Film experience and seat perfect. Shame about the beginning part.

Very comfortable seats, free parking and friendly staff

We arrived for a 21:40 screening and used the pre-order for drinks. There was an extremely long que of people ordering at the till for food and drinks with minimal staff serving. We waited 20mins for 2 drinks and whilst the staff were doing the best they could they really needed more people preparing drinks and serving,
A real shame for a regular cinema goer.
Its made me think about my Odeon limitless option

Friendly kind staff goes the extra mile if you have any problems.

Really helpful Odeon staff helped me with the app - however one of the Costa staff when explaining I was in a hurry didn’t assist or tell the member of staff making the drinks which made me feel ignored and nearly late for the movie. Good movie and picture quality and comfortable seating. Had a free large popcorn for my birthday which was very welcome thank you.

Comfortable seating and staff are pleasant.

Took my son and daughter to see forgotten island seats where very comfy everything was clean and tidy had coffee before we went it was very pleasant evening

Cool and beautiful

From enjoying a coffee, sitting in a clean tidy cafe, polite staff. Pleasant girl on check in, theatre clean seats comfy even though the recliner saver. Toilets on leaving needed attention looked blocked other than that clean.

Easy to book. Modernised interior with wonderfully comfortable recliner seats. Clean building with excellent toilet facilities.

Generally good service other than when we were waiting for our food. A woman called out our number for collection and then disappeared without giving us our order or any recognition of us standing there waiting. We were then waiting for nearly 10 minutes for another member of staff to appear to hand us our food.

Great seats, great sound!

I experienced amazing sound quality and picture quality at Odeon cinema. It was truly an incredible experience!

Clean, spacious, excellent seats..good sound & quality of whole room..plus I saw awesome film that came to life because of the s teen & whole experience plus clean loos!!
