Screen 3 perfect for the film and sound better than in screen 1 (slightly quieter)

The staff at Epsom are polite friendly and helpful. Tuesday afternoon is the highlight of my friend and myself week. We meet in Epsom at the cinema every week and enjoy the selection of very different films in comfortable surroundings.

The Silver screen experience regardless of the quality of the film shown is excellent. The opportunity to see a near recent film in a comfy seat, with a warm drink and biscuit included is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Michael was a brilliant film & the coffee & biscuits & comfortable seating & friendly staff made a lovely afternoon.

Unfortunately, there was a technical issue preventing the screening of adverts and trailers. The first film we saw did not have the pillarboxing removed, so I had to come out of the screen to inform staff. Unfortunately, this is a frequent problem from the projection rooms at this cinema. The second film we saw did not have this problem, but the zoom did not seem quite right as when there was annotation it was cut off the bottom of the screen. My seat was dirty - it had popcorn and wrappers on it. There are some seats and tables which are worn/damaged and need repairing. The men’s toilet was smelly and not particularly clean and there was no handsoap in any of the dispensers. Overall, not the “luxe” experience I expect from visiting the cinema.

Freezing cold cinemas just destroy the experience. You should install a thermostat and keep the cinema at a suitable ambient temperature so, even with layers and a winter coat, I’m not ending up curled in a ball wishing I have brought a winter duvet as well

We were sat in screen 8 G1 & G2 and was not told it would be restricted view so my 5 year old couldn’t see the whole screen and neither could I. Plus the recliners were not working for us and were half out and the showing was fully booked so we couldn’t move.

Was advised by staff there was 15 mins of a blank screen no adverts and not to rush. When we went in the film had already started 2 mins after the time on the tickets so we missed the first bit of the film.

Comfortable cinema, shame the trailers weren’t working!

Very clean and comfortable. Shame there are not more staff on the food counter.

One staff a girl, so helpful and kind ,with a huge smile 🤩, help me at the machine to order some food , because they only take cash on their tills 😏!

The recliner chairs and the dolby surround is always so enjoyable,
But not the prices!!!!🫣🤬
