Love the easy atmosphere, helpful staff, free tea/coffee n bisquit.

Seats were comfortable to sit on ,good seating area and ticket value was very good. Staff very polite and helpful.

The staff were friendly and great at serving. The cinema was clean and the facilities were of good standard. I booked my tickets through the app with ease and scanned them in on entry. Great cinema experience.

Amazing film.

Everything about the cinema experience was 5 star apart from one thing - the sound level! I am a 71 year old, just about to take delivery of hearing aids and I had to put my fingers in my ears several times! It is totally unnecessary to have the volume so high!!

Excellent movie and on at a good time for us to go.

Heating was on full blast. Unbearably hot. Unacceptable

Went to see Hadestown at Guildford odeon (screen 4). Sreen was uncomfortably hot which staff said was due to a technical issue. Tickets were not cheap (£20 each) and it was not pleasant to sit in the cinema for ~3h in that heat. Very disappointing experience.

Am very unhappy with the customer service/online help..I can’t get through to human, Odi isn’t much use..! It’s frustrating- especially for odeon limitless members as we’re paying for a good service and the fees are going up too 😡

It was just so hot in screen 4 thought I was going to pass out

‘Pressure’ - really great film, tense all the way through.

I arrived around 10 minutes before the movie started and I was able to get my food and drink with enough time to spare to get to my screen room. I had a good time.

The room temperature was far too cold. It got colder as the film progessed

Booking process smooth and in-house staff very attentive. Venue is clean and welcoming but it was SO cold in the auditorium! Please match the temperature to the mid October conditions …… film was great but a little spoiled by feeling so cold 🥶

The cinema was so cold. I had cold air blowing on me all through the film. Everyone was complaining about it. Apart from that the staff are lovely and I do like going to the cinema.

I like to watch Tamil movies but very rarely do odeon please do more Tamil movies

I attended the screening of Naza last night at screen 4.
Unfortunately on the Q and A live stream following the movie sound was completely lost for the majority of the time .
Consequently this impacted on the whole experience of an important documentary.

I saw the film in Screen 2 at Odeon Guildford. The projector was very bad, the picture quality was very poor. Please upgrade to a better one!

At the livestream of 'Naza', scheduled start time 1830, we were kept outside the screen until around 1845 with little communication as to why. I think we may have missed the start of the film. We missed the first 20 minutes of the 30 minute Q and A afterwards. Again I'm not sure why as communication was poor. We were give vouchers in compensation but it didn't make up for the poor experience at such a moving and important documentary film. Sort out your systems and improve customer communcation please!
