The staff were very welcoming and we were directed to the free tea and coffee. Plus the film The Arrival was absolutely hilarious- clever and well written. Plus free parking at Coventry Skydome .

Deafeningly loud - even after asking them to turn it down. Why does a kids film need to be so loud?
Its just outdated
Its just outdated, people talking during movie, so expensive, ads last 50 hours
Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Someone sitting near me is was continuously coughing and sneezing. See theatre is a closed room and in these areas people with contagious diseases have to monitored and prohibited. The theatre has to take care of it.

Rude staff member
Me and my two sisters came to watch heart of the beast. the ticket lady with blonde frizzy hair told us screen 1 which is where we went. Once we sat down two minutes later she came storming up the stairs and said can i see your tickets, me and my sisters were nice about this and handed her the tickets she then looked at the ticket and said “get up your in the wrong room” so i said “oh what movie is this” she then said verity which one of my sisters are fourteen, im not going to take a 14 year old to see that movie. she then shouted your not staying in here get out. my sister said “why are you shouting” she then replied “no im not”. we then got escorted by her to our screen. instead of dealing with the situation in a calm manner she was horrible and her behaviour was disgusting. we went to the manager was really kind and understanding about the situation and refunded us for our tickets and gave us 3 free tickets. It really ruined the experience due to this ticket lady had been horrible to us, i’m really upset about this situation as it caused all of us to be really upset for the majority of the movie.

The Odeon Silvers Screen deal is…
The Odeon Silvers Screen deal is fantastic and being able to see reasonably recent movies at a really good price, which also includes parking and coffee, is amazing.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-Staff was Lovely and polite
-Sound, ambience and visuals were fantastic
-Background music in the hallway and toilets is a very nice touch, plus the playlist is fun.
-Theatre is always nice and warm, can forget my jacket and not be scared of freezing to death
Cons
-The background lighting in the theatre throws me off a bit, i know its there so people can see where they are walking. It honestly takes away from the immersive experience
-Popcorn is always DRY, i have been her 3 times now and the popcorn is consistently cold and dry, feels like chewing paper after a while, exhausting.
Other than that, pretty good overall
My experience was good I find it comforfortable, clean and the staff are helpful and welcoming
My experience was good, I always enjoy the Odeon experience and mostly attend the Silver screen, it is clean and comfortable, good service and pleasant staff, sadly on this occassion I felt the film 'The Invite' was most unsuitable and many people walked out. I feel that there are times when the suitability for an older age group needs to be addressed and there needs to be more lighting in the screen room so that people can find there seats and not have an accident down the stairs
Cinema was cold and the volume was too…
Cinema was cold and the volume was too loud. There was no picture initially on the screen and we had to searcj for help. Also the booking experience was bad. It took me an hour to be able to book the two Prime tickets for £10 as the process is stupid only working if you first put the promotion code in before selecting the tickets. But you only find that out after much trouble and error. Also prices in general are extortionate.
