We often go to the Silverscreen showings at the odeon and think it is such great value and very enjoyable

No sound for first 20 minutes- other patrons said it wasn't the first time - I had to drag child out to find someone, it would be helpful to have an employee let us know what the situation is

Nice small screening room, good experience. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is cost. Chain needs to evaluate better offers to reduce prices. 2 adults in standard seats, one medium popcorn and medium diet coke (portions were more than adequate to share so 👍) £48 for a 2015hrs Sunday evening screening. This could be reduced due to time and day of screening surely? Or BOGOF offer? This is why I don't visit cinema often...can't justify a season pass either. Would like to attend cinema maybe six to ten times a year?

Cinema was clean and tidy as were the toilets

Easy to book . Someone scanned our code as soon as we walked in . Also someone asked us as we left if we had enjoyed our visit . Premier seats were super comfy . Had a great experience

We went to watch the 10am viewing of the Gruffalo with our 3 year and 7 month old. The volume was far too loud and my 3 year old spent the majority of it with his hands over his ears.
I did go and ask a staff member if it could be turned down and it was slightly but it was still far too loud for a child’s ears.

Whole place smelt of urine. Seat backs were at a weird angle, left my neck strained. Cheapest ticket costed £19, extortionate.

Silver screens is great value gf or money and the staff at Chelmsford make us feel very welcome.,

Great Silver Screen. Comfortable seats. Perfect for people of a certain age. No disturbances. Cup of tea and biscuit is a bonus.

Could have done with some lighting to get to my seat. Other than that everything was good.

Absolutely spectacular experience to watch a movie late last night (7:40 pm to 10:40 pm) with the entire family.

Love the new premier seats, wide, comfy and worth every penny…..but…..and it’s a BIG BUT……the toilets and lift smell like a senior citizen care home (awful) and are in need of some serious TLC.

Happy that cheaper seats in the front two rows are still good for viewing. However, entire theater was very dirty. Place was quite deserted for a Saturday night. Price we get with Vodafone voucher is only reason I would return to this cinema.

The chair is very uncomfortable. I was so excited to watch the movie, but I couldn't get past the halfway point because my neck hurt so much after sitting in that chair for 30 minutes.
