Screen 1 smells extremely sour
Screen 1 smells extremely sour. The smell was throughout the cinema but extremely prominent in this screen I was in. The Coke Zero was very diluted and the popcorn was extremely stale with a powdery texture leaving a horrible after taste. I will definitely not be returning to this cinema.

Impossible to amend errors, seconds after error made!
I accidentally booked for today (Tuesday) instead of Thursday and the film had already started! I immediately attempted to amend the date but was met with " if the film has started you cannot amend date"!! Why did your website ALLOW me to book a film that had already started? Why didn't it FLAG this up to me BEFORE I actually paid £22?? What a waste of money!

Such a lovely venue
Such a lovely venue. As a local resident am very upset that it is closing at the end of November as site is owned by Citygate Church who an to turn it into additional place of worship alongside the church building they already own opposite.
The Odeon will be missed as the cinema is part of Beckenhams history
