Decent - sad to see my local one go

Fantastic! Wanted some decent wines that couldn't be found in supermakets and boy did Oddbins have a fantastic selection!

The website was easy to navigate and props to the customer services team who helped me select great wines within my budget.

Paid for standard delivery but it arrived next day.

Overall, the wines were great and my experience with the website and customer service was top notch. Will definitely use them again. Thankyou to oddbins and the team

Love oddbox, whilst there are fruit I wouldn’t normally buy in there I found it a good way to try new fruit I wouldn’t normally think to try, plus introduce the children to different ones. Any we don’t eat the chickens soon polish off so no waste.

I ordered a bottle of red wine for a birthday gift and was sent a bottle of white. Contacted Oddbins straight away and they took full responsibility for the mix up and even sent the correct item totally free of charge. Super helpful and enquiry was dealt with within 24h.

Started ordering online from Oddbins since the lockdown. I seem to be getting next day deliveries without even selecting the delivery option!
Really great service and I've had some very interesting recommendations, they know their wines!

Was able to get my order through, and dispatched promptly. The courier parcel force needed a bit of chasing given the weather. But all is hand. The transfer between their Birmingham depot and Edinburgh was done overnight. Shame the snow slowed the final part of the process down. Keen to try the wine itself. Loved the online shop layout. Have always helpful buying experiences from the physical stores.

First time I have tried Oddbins. Ordered 12 Bottles of wine and delivered quickly and very well packaged. Great service and will certainly use again..

Didn't deliver the item bought as a gift in mid december. Didn't tell me it hadn't been delivered until mid January. The VERY WORST company I have ever ordered from online. I would advise you to avoid them at all costs. And don't for one minute think this is the same Oddbins that used to grace our high streets and pride itself on customer service. Its not. Its a low rent wholesalers on an industrial estate in Walsall. I cannot possibly over egg my recommendation that you DON'T do business with these people.

Saved us when let down by others.
Needed to send over 50 Christmas orders to clients, friends and family at a very late stage due to being let down elsewhere.
We used their multidrop option on the website and I have to say the staff and service was outstanding.
Highly recommended.

Utterly appalling. I phoned them to see what delivery times they could offer, given the coronavirus crisis, and was told 4-5 days. Website said the same. Booked delivery on-line of an expensive bottle of champagne for a friend's birthday. That was on 2nd April. It's now a fortnight later and the bottle still hasn't arrived. Emailed them a few days ago, cancelled the delivery and asked for a prompt credit card refund. No reply. Phoned their customer enquiry number this morning and just got an answer machine. I fully understand not being able to staff shops or offices in present circs - but running an internet service in this way is a disgrace.... and a costly one for customers. BEWARE: This firm is clearly not what it once was.

Paid online, no delivery information, order still hasn't arrived, impossible to get through by telephone (all our representatives are on the line, please leave a message...) TERRIBLE customer service - will never use them again...

Poor service. Paid for next day delivery which came a week later. Customer services poor.

Next day delivery did not happen. Ordered on the 11th and arrived on the 14th. This is not good enough at all. I didn't get an email confirmation or any tracking information when I ordered. Next time I want to order a gift online I will use a reliable company. They did agree to reimburse the additional cost of next day delivery and confirm this by email but so far I have seen neither. I will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.

First time I've ordered from Oddbins and will certainly look them up for future purchases.

Items ordered on Sunday. Very good communication along the way. Delivery to door ( second floor) by a very helpful and friendly lady. Couldn' wish for better service and therefore a very positive rating. Can highly recommend and will use again.
