Account permanently closed and no response regarding refund
I had a very disappointing experience with Octopush.
My account was suddenly closed after their automated systems detected activity that they considered to be in violation of their terms and conditions. I later explained to their support team that I am a cybersecurity teacher and that the activity was part of an educational demonstration to show students how phishing works and why it is a real threat.
I fully understand and respect that their systems flagged the activity. However, the main issue is what happened afterwards.
Their support informed me that my account could not be reopened, which I accepted. I then politely asked for a refund of the remaining balance on my account. Unfortunately, after that message, I stopped receiving any response.
I followed up again after more than 48 hours, but still received no reply regarding the refund or the process to recover the remaining funds.
At this point, my account is closed and my balance is still blocked with no clear communication from the company.
I hope Octopush can respond and resolve this situation.
