Shockingly bad company to deal with

Booked to go to Portugal May 2021. Due to current Covid restrictions we won’t be able to fly. Where we stay , international travel is not going to be open. Our airline already cancelled our flights. Contacted Ocean Villas who just said deposit is always non-refundable even when it’s out of our hands. I feel totally robbed by this company as any other company will try and accommodate changes that happens due Covid. So, lost our deposit and I will make sure I would never use a company like this again. Never been dealing with such rude customer service either. It’s all black and white for them.
