Beware of this charter company!
The problems start right at the deposit payment stage. The company sends emails informing clients that the deposit can only be paid via bank transfer, which creates significant inconvenience and concern. They refuse to accept card payments under the pretext that there have been attempted card frauds in the past. In our opinion, however, the real reason is that Greek banks do not provide them with POS terminals.
Furthermore, the company is run by foreigners, most of whom do not speak English, and their boats in Alimos are scattered across different parts of the marina, which makes departure considerably difficult.
Of the several charters we have had with them so far, not a single one has gone without a problem. In one case, they forced a client to pay for a broken toilet that had already been reported as faulty during the previous charter.
The company also failed to mention at the time of booking in December that they charge an additional €250 for bed linen and towels. Despite being presented with evidence, they completely ignored the objection.
Overall, communication is extremely difficult — when a problem arises, it is almost impossible to resolve anything with them.
