I placed an order on 19th May. It is now 28th of May, and the order is still not shipped. I saw later that delivery takes 2-6 days AFTER HANDED TO COURIER. There are already 7 working days BEFORE handed to courier. I contacted them immediately after that and asked if it’s possible to pay for express shipping because I have planned trip, I didn’t receive any response.
I was reading the negative reviews of other people who basically complain about the same thing - lack of communication and no adequate customer service, and the audacity of Occhialando to blame it all on customers is absolutely shocking to me. Total lack of accountability…

Order 391702. The product is ok, express delivery is in 48 hours, but when ordering the product is in stock, then tomorrow the email says we are sorry, the last one is sold out, you have to wait 5 to 15 working days, then the product is replaced the same day, the answer is that they have it in stock, then again 6 days until it gets to them. Basically, when I ordered a product in stock, I expected a maximum of 10 days until delivery to my home address, but 14 days passed from payment to delivery. On other platforms it was processed in 1 to 2 days, who here needs much more. I repeat the product is ok, but if someone thinks to receive the product within 7 days, I do not recommend it.

Why is it that today is April 9, 2026, and I still haven't received my order confirmed on February 13, 2026 ? If I don't write to you, I get no update at all ! I have to ask you why my order hasn't arrived. I have never seen another webshop that cannot fulfill an order in 2 months ! Interestingly, as soon as I wrote the negative review, you were able to contact me immediately. It's shameful!

We would like to clarify the situation, as what you reported does not entirely reflect what actually occurred.
When we processed your order proposal, we promptly informed you that the requested products were being restocked.
Subsequently, one of the two snow goggle became available and was ready for shipment. On 16-03-2026, we therefore asked whether you preferred to receive the available item immediately, wait until both items were available, or receive a refund for the item that had not yet arrived. On that occasion, you chose to wait.
We would also like to point out that we have always responded to all of your requests within 24 business hours of receiving them. Today, we chose to contact you through a different communication channel solely because it was more immediate and allowed for faster and more precise communication.
Finally, in accordance with your decision, today we shipped the product that was already available in our warehouse, while the second item will be sent to you in a separate shipment as soon as it becomes available.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further clarification.
