My order
I ordered glasses, having previously read bad reviews and had a prejudice about the site, but fortunately everything went smoothly. It takes a few days for them to process the shipment, but once they send it, it arrives the next day, for which I chose the express option. The glasses arrived in good condition, they are brand new, they were not samples. 100% authentic, with all certificates of authenticity. The price was one of the best on the market, which is why I ordered from here.

I have placed an order and the next day…
I have placed an order and the next day I receive the usual message two out of the four items allegedly are out of stock and it will take more than 4 weeks to fulfil the order .
That is absolutely false as the items appear even today as available now and not available in four weeks on their website.
Furthermore they took the payment moments after sending the message that they are out of stock.
Why not charge the customer after you confirm your stock . Would be more honest .
Very misleading practices and someone should intervene .

It is the worst website I have every ordered from , I made an order and I have gotten an email saying it is out of stock , and now when I want my refund I am still waiting , I read some comments about this but I said to my self no I shouldn't trust maybe its fake , please please run and do not order from this website , they take your money , put the product as available and than they remove it when someone buys it and they take the money and do not answer .......

The most horrible site possible They don't have any of the glasses in stock I placed four orders in the last two months and the site canceled them all after two weeks and said because it's the last one of these glasses we can't send it to you!!! Why do you put something on the site when you don't have it in stock? Dont buy there, had the worst experience: after paying with credit card for a pair of sunglasses (premium express delivery!) it took them 6 days to tell me, that the glasses aren’t in stock and it will take them longer to send it. So far okay for me, but then they refuse my cancellation out of dubious reasons (process already started), although it still hasn’t been shipped by them. Never again.
02/24/25:
It got even better: after complaining and offering to talk to my lawyer they finally gave in and transferred my money back. But they still had the balls to ask me to withdraw the rating, now that everything was settled. Unbelievable!
