Stole my charger
I had them ship my ipad back to me and they did not send it back with my charging brick. I emailed them twice with no response. These people are thieves. I want my charger back!

Since accessories and packaging are not required to sell used devices, we kindly ask that they not be included. For this reason, we don’t keep them on file, and they will not be returned if a device is sent back. This policy is also noted on our FAQ page.
