SLOW delivery and poor service. Order elsewhere!
I did not receive a confirmation of purchase from my order and when I called them, the operator said it was because the order was too recent and they need to check the payment. This was WRONG because the moment I clicked on ‚Pay‘, they charged my credit card and it went through (I get instant messages on my phone from my bank when a credit card payment goes through). I also asked how long it takes for delivery. They said 2/3 business days. Now I get a message asking me to choose a time of delivery which is a week plus later from time of purchase. I bought this item on the basis of quick delivery. Next time order from BAUHAUS or Amazon. Terrible service.

Wir bedauern, dass der Status des Auftrags nicht sofort einsehbar war und die Lieferzeit in diesem Fall überschritten wurde. Normalerweise erfolgt die Lieferung im angegebenen Zeitraum. Wir werden diesen Fall prüfen und für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen wir uns vielmals.
No Good, Does NOT Pass DTMF Tones
Tried almost 2 weeks to make this work. Not reliable and the killer is even after making many adjustments WILL NOT pass DTMF tones (regular touchtones ) through.
Useless since I need to press buttons to control and choose items. For instance cannot call any automated phone like a bank or office where they ask you to press 1 for xyz, 2 for whatever. Waste of time and money.

Ordered two buckets of paint to my…
Ordered two buckets of paint to my office address with my full name of course. The goods were delivered to the office building, but because my name was not on the address label, only the name of the company, the reception wanted to return it. In the end they did not return the items, because I came and asked if there were deliveries from OBI. This is poor!
