I received a poor quality bag, I want to return the bag n ask for refund.

I bought what was listed as "Vintage Professional Multi Pocket Work Travel Large Leather Backpack." What I received was not leather but PU. Do not waste your time or money on this disreputable company.

Most of the bags I have had have been lovely I did get 2 that I was not satisfied with one the seams all fell apart I told them about it sent pictures got part refund Another one all the zips came apart didn’t bother reporting it as after they didn’t replace other one I knew they wouldn’t do anything about it

Aside from the fact that it took almost a month to deliver (during covid status), the bag was as described and the customer service had a fast response to help track the order. I would shop again from the site.

I brought a waterproof fanny pack from this site. I'm so happy when I got it, because it looked the same as picture. I LOVE the bag! And customer service was helpful. I would recommend my girls to shop here.

Faster than I expect. I order a bag and it took less than 15 days to deliver. And it's in good quality. I would definitely be shopping here more often!!

I ordered from Obangbag by mistake and was afraid of how it would turn out but I am happy with the bag I received. It's a little smaller than I wanted but the quality is pretty good and it is as described. Shipping is a little slow but inquiries to customer service were answered promptly. I would order from them again without concern and recommend them to friends.

This is the worst shopping experience I had in my life. I ordered two purses, but one is defective and the other one is a wrong item ( they sent me another purse which I don’t like the style).

Their return policy says return shipping is refundable if it is quality related issue. What I received were a bad quality bag and one wrong bag, so I thought my order is definitely qualified for free return shipping . However, their CSR pushed me to keep the purses, telling me that I have to pay international return shipping and custom fee if I insist to return the purses. After some negotiations, they still don’t want to pay the return shipping. They even begin to ignore my email, not replying me.

I really don’t recommend to purchase from this website. Their quality is terrible, not worth the price. Their customer services sucks. You barely can get any help, since they would try to ignore your request.

The bags in this shop are not bad, but the logistics is a bit slow.
