Have not recieved items-scam?

I wish I had also read the reviews on this company before I had ordered Anything. I order some bathing suits back on April 7th. And it's not may 27th. I don't have a tracking number and zero communication with the company, I didn't recieve any confirmation emails, however, my paypal account sure was winthdrawn on April 7th.. And that was it. I will wait till the end on next week and see what further things need to be done to either get my money back or my items.

Wish this could be ZERO stars!

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company. I received my merchandise in a timely manner, but needed to return because it didn't fit. I emailed customer service through their site. This person responded, but wasn't the one who could help me. She gave me a phone number and email address to contact. The phone number must be in a closet somewhere because NOBODY ever answers it, no matter how many times you call of when. I sent an email to the address that I was given and have gotten no response. I tried the live chat which is anything but live-no response from their either. All I want is an address to send my return and a credit back on my Sears MasterCard. How difficult can that be. Why don't they just put a returns address on their website instead of making you jump through hoops trying to contact them to get it? I will NEVER, EVER buy from this company again. I am now stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and out $56.00. I don't know how places like this can even stay in business. Worst customer service ever (or I should say NO customer service).

Update - 4-21-16
Finally was able to get a response from a department that could give me the information. Dress was returned and received by their warehouse. Information has been sent to Sears to issue a refund, so now I will be monitoring daily for that. Waiting on the credit to pay my Sears bill, which is due 5-2-16. Hope the credit is issued soon.
Their customer service phone answering system definitely needs an overhaul. Based on my many calls, they have 3 rollover lines, then you are told your call didn't go through. Well, that was obvious!! They need: 1) more lines, 2) knowledgeable staff to answer those lines, 3) a means by which you are put on hold to wait for the next available representative. The person that answers needs to have the capability to answer your questions and the authority to complete the request without transferring you to another person. Based on the above facts, I change my rating to a 2, and hope for the sake of others they change their customer service telephone system. I will update later when my refund is received.

False advertising

I ordered an extra small in all of my clothes and they all fit me huge! Which is very abnormal, because the xs is either perfect for me or verging on too small. I could understand if it was one item that fit large but all of them were extremely huge. And the clothes are terrible quality!!!! The material is so thin and fragile and the clothes are so ill fitting and unflattering. Out of the 12 things i ordered i like 1. The colour of all my clothes was off from what it looked they looked like in the photos. Also i paid for the fasted shipping offered and my clothes took a month to arrive!! Don't waste your time and money on OASAP.

Waste of money

I wish I would have read all the online reviews before ordering.. My dress did not look like it did in the picture , I spent $42 and was offered literally a $3 refund and would be able to keep the dress (that I would never wear) as a gift. What a joke, and an insult. Don't waste your money here, I am so disgusted that I did.

GOOD ITEMS FOR LOW PRICES!

Here is a review for all the customers out there.

Takes long to deliver? - FYI - most companies like Macys, Amazon take 1-2 business days to process your online orders! Why you ask? To give you time in case you change your mind.

Shipping and delivery timeframe - Standard delivery 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS! Business days means Mon-Fri excluding holidays and this timeframe counts after the order has been shipped! However,NO ANY shipping fee will be CHARGED!

Quality not as expected? - If you're not willing to spend more than $25 on a dress then dont expect good quality or perfection like HERMES! And i think it's much better than Forever 21.

These companies are all trying to run businesses! Not a charity foundation! You think all your problems will be solved as long as you ask for a supervisor??? Bad customer service??? Maybe because you're a bad customer?? Ever thought of that?? If you can't abide with the simple policies & procedures of a company then don't shop!!! Easy as that!

Tiny cheap clothes

I've ordered from OASAP several times, and I will not be giving them any more chances, all the clothes run small... & even if you order a size (or 2) up from what you would normally wear... you still get something too small to fit. WILL NEVER BUY FROM OASAP AGAIN, I would recommend you save your money for something that fits & is of higher quality.

Scam?

About 12 days ago I ordered a shirt from this company. I have still yet to receive it in the mail. I did not however read the reviews on this website before purchasing my order. After reading these reviews, many of them say this company is a scam. I have a feeling I will not be getting my shirt that I ordered from Oasap. Do not order from this company. They are scamming you of your money.

very pleasant experience

My experience with oasap was very good.
I mean, although I didn't receive my parcel (because of the bad experience with italian customs), oasap refunded me ALL the amount of 85 euros.
so, even if I didn't get the order (I can't review the items), the customer service was great, the operators very gentle and operative.
I give this company a big fat 5 stars.

SCAM - Don't order with this company

Preface - this is a very long review so if you don't want to read on until the end take my advise and don't order with this company. They tried to con me into giving them a 5 star review when their service is more than lacking.
Also note, I can't comment on the quality at this point as I haven't actually received the item yet but I will update once (and if) I ever receive these.

I order with this company through amazon. Now, I've been ordering with amazon for years and I never ever had a problem (even with the items order from China) so I wasn't really worried when I ordered this time either as returns and cancellations etc. work very well with amazon and they work with reputable companies right.... In this case (and for the first time in my experience) very very wrong!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes with them that I wanted to wear to my friend's wedding in March; as I placed the order with them on the mobile app it didn't really give me any delivery options and I automatically paid for the standard delivery. The order was placed on 29th January 2016 (or there abouts) and it said the expected delivery date would be between 5th March (which is the date of the wedding) and 4th April which would have been too late so I cancelled this order literally 2 minutes after I placed this.

Never having had any problems with amazon returns I thought this was the end of it and I placed another order with oasap the same day that I cancelled the first order (again through amazon) for the express delivery which was £12.99 so as much as the shoes again. But I thought it's for a wedding and I really liked the look of the shoes so considering the low price of the shoes it would be worth it. During the night (I'm assuming due to the time difference) I received an email which I didn't read until the morning assuring me that the shoes were in stock and would be send out immediately and that they should be with me on time for the event (I'd given the reason when I cancelled the order). I replied saying no, I didn't need this order as I'd placed another order with them with the express delivery to be told that "sorry for the inconvenience" but the shoes had already been sent. So in short they sent out the order anyway, knowing that I wanted to cancel and "reassured me it would be with me on time" posting this out without waiting for my confirmation if I still wanted it.

So I went on amazon again a day after I'd placed the order for the second pair of shoes to cancel this one and didn't hear back from oasap for two days to then be told "sorry for the inconvenience" but this pair had been sent out too. What a coincidence....

I wasn't happy with this and asked for a refund label (which it turns out they don't do) so that I could return these free of charge (as they ignored the cancellation request on both occasions so I shouldn't have to pay for the return) and was told they'd be happy to refund 15% of one of a pairs of shoes and I could sell them on. This wasn't convenient for me as I didn't want to have to deal with the hassle of having to sell on a pair of shoes (and after reading some of the reviews about the poor quality of the items I'm not convinced I'd be able to sell these on anyway) as well as having paid for both delivery charges worth £19.98 altogether I didn't want to accept this so-called solution. I refused and told then I wanted a returns label again (this was before I knew that they didn't offer anything like this) so that I could send them back.

They told me they didn't want the shoes back (and doesn't that raise concerns about the quality of them even further) and explained how expensive it would be for me to send them back. And this is just the ICING ON AN ALREADY BAD CAKE they told me they would refund the 15% previously promised (and just to put this into perspective: 15% if the item price amounts to all of £1.94) as soon as I'd given them a 5 star review.

I was always blue-eyed when it comes to reviews and whilst I don't trust them completely sometimes they can give you some kind of indication of the quality etc. (and I have been positively surprised in the past after ordering something despite reading bad reviews) but I never expected anything like this. Just makes you wonder how many reviews are real... I wouldn't have believed it if it hadn't happened to me.

I really wished I'd read the reviews before. And I usually am quite careful and do my research before ordering from a company I never ordered from before. I trusted them because I bought the items through amazon and I shouldn't have. I suppose we all of to learn our lesson at some point and this one unfortunately cost me around £50.

Please read review before purchasing so you don't waste your time

I have a prom coming up soon and decided to buy an online dress to be unique and find a dress no one else would be wearing. I found a beautiful long red dress on this website and wanted to order it right away. However I noticed it looked very similar to some of the dress websites I had previously been on. And that's because they had taken the exact same picture from another website and put it on their website calling it their own. The only reason I ordered it from oasap was because the original manufacturer of the dress did not have it in red, and I read some good reviews about their clothing. I should have not ignored all the other poor reviews. I emailed oasap displaying my concern about how low the price was and the fact that they plagiarized a photo from another website. Two people emailed back and reassured me it would look exactly like the photo and true to the sizing chart. And that also the price was just something they offered every customer. I payed extra for shipping because the price was lower than I expected and waited 3-7 days for it to come. The time it took to get here was the only beneficial thing I would say oasap has offered me. After being promised the dress would look identical I soon found out this was a bold face lie when I opened up the packaging. A hideously wrinkled crumpled dress was inside. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt, and tried it on anyways regardless of what I first thought. After trying to slide it on I soon found that the zipper which was suppose to extend from my underarm past my hip was only down part of the way. There was about three inches of the zipper left dangling next to, not sewn onto, the dress. Again. I ignored the red flags and proceeded to put the dress on. After finally putting the dress on, I almost started to cry as I looked in the mirror. After taking measurements and being informed the dress should fit perfectly, the dress sagged below my chest almost one inch above my belly button. It was supposed to be a v neck but not cut so low. Then I decided maybe it needs some shoes. I tried putting the high heels I had bought for the dress on and soon found more problems. The dress had two layers. A fishnet like top and a thin see through underpart. And there was supposed to be a spilt in each to allow my leg to come out. The cut in the two layers did not even match up. The "cup" they claimed the top had was not existent, unless they want to call the black padding they insert on the OUTSIDE of the dress a "cup". And when trying to take off the dress I found at the bottom there was threading coming out and looked like a pair of ripped jeans.
I am truly horrified that I purchased what I thought was going to be my prom dress from this company. I read reviews and contacted two different employees to make sure I was not scammed out of not only my money but a dress and was lied to and taken advantage of by this company. Again. I'm sure they can offer you various well put together products but please read this review as well as all the other poor ones and think twice if you're getting a good deal, or just wasting your time. I will be trying to get my money back.

I'm happy with my purchase!

I ordered a $13 dress and did NOT pay for express delivery. I wasnt in a hurry to get it but I sent an email to see when it would arrive. They promptly replied with the tracking number and I tracked it to my doorstep. I'm happy with the product and the price I paid. Remember it wasnt $130 it was just $13. I'm planning to order again.

Horrible shipping, Horrible products, Horrible service!

1- tracking system inefficient, incorrect, not useful
2- my order took almost two months to arrive
3- upon receipt of my order is was MORTIFIED with the horrific quality of the clothing purchased!
- the fabric was the likes of a cheap dollar store costume
- the workmanship was appalling! It was as if a 7 year old sewed the item
- the items that I ordered were not even close to the items that I recieved. None were as pictured or presented online
4- they have a timeline for returns, but no one to give you the preauthoriztion and return address required
5- the company is unavailable by chat, they kept me waiting for an hour and then disconnected
6- they have a timeline for returns but they don't return your chat, email or messages to assist you with the necessary information required, thereby making it a failure on your part and a means to keep your money
7- their addresses to submit the return request, reports wrong email address ... thereby frustrating you further in trying to comply
8- the single worst experience that truly signifies a very bad reputation for all things made In China!
9- I want to return my merchandise promptly and get a full. Refund !!!
10- HELP!!!!
11- unless you want to torture yourself and loose all your money, do not buy from this site

I love my dress from OASAP

I ordered a green dress with skulls on it. Placed the order on December 19 & just received it today December 22ND through UPS(paid $15 for express delivery). I have never written a review and I am only doing this because I think there are people trying to sabotage this company. I was so scared that I was getting scammed after reading about other people's terrible experiences with them, but my dress is here! It is beautiful, great material & it fits! And when I emailed them for information on where else I could track my order besides there website, they responded to me with my UPS tracking number!

Very Pleased

I ordered a dress on 12/13/2015 and I received it on 12/21/2015. I paid the express charge and I am very happy I did, I ordered the dress to wear on Christmas. I had read the reviews after I ordered the dress, I was very nervous due to all the negative reviews. The material of the dress looks a bit thicker on the website but after trying the dress on it is absolutely adorable. I am not sure why people are saying that this company is a scam. I am very pleased and I will be purchasing more dresses from them in the near future.

Stay far away from this vendor

I've never posted an online review for the past 10 years I've done online shopping, whether it was good or bad, so for me to have to post this means that the experience was THAT bad. But because the vendor outright lies to its consumers, I felt obligated to warn others. A bit long, but needs to be said:

Placed an order on Sears website for a coat on 11/19/15, then got an email on 11/24/15 that the order was shipped via USPS. I checked the tracking # on the link, but got an error saying that it's invalid. Out of good faith, I decided to just wait for the item to arrive. I still have nothing by 12/3/15, which was the date that the site promised it delivered by. I contact OASAP and this is the ridiculous excuse they give me (copied from actual email):

"So sorry for that. We've contacted with USPS. It seems that the parcel will be handed to FedEx since too many parcels in USPS warehouse at present. Tracking information should be updated on FedEx website. We will keep contacting both of them to make sure the tracking information could update soon."

How can the post office be behind by that long, let alone have "too many parcels" to deliver??? Well I checked the new tracking #, and it shows that a label was actually created on 11/24/15, and still waiting to be shipped! I told them to just cancel my order (and this was on 12/4/15), but they said that the item has already shipped and I'd have to refuse it. But how can that be if the tracking # itself says it hasn't even gone out? This was confirmed when I contacted FedEx. From then I just contacted the credit card about this mess, which is currently under investigation.

Now out of curiosity, I recently checked the tracking #, and it showed that the item was shipped on 12/14/15, ten days after I tell these clowns to cancel the order! Well after spending hours with both FedEx and USPS trying to get this package refused since I won't be home to refuse it, the best they can say is "just refuse it", despite me telling them multiple times that I won't be there to refuse it. After contacting Sears and not getting any results (and assuming USPS leaves the package at my house), I'm probably left with having to drive several miles back to the post office and waiting in line to send this back. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! If this turns out to be, then I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. They lied about shipping the item both times.

Oh, and they use SmartPost, which is why both FedEx and USPS keep telling me they can't Return To Sender during transit, and maybe why some of the posters below were getting errors when checking it on USPS first instead of FedEx.

Terrible Service

I placed an order at the beginning of the month (12/6/2015) for my vacation on 12/23/2015. Its been more then a week and my order is still processing. I have tried 7 times to contact this company and no one will reply. Their "live chat" feature is just an email feature, which they ignore. I need my order for my vacation!!!!

Never recieved

I placed an order on Nov 22 with Sears as OASAP the third party seller. Two days later I receive an email with an unknown tracking number from the USPS. What a scam!!! I payed $28.88 for a hoodie that I believed was from Sears and now they are telling me OASAP was the seller and gave me their phone number which only lead to a voicemail which no one returned my call. No wonder Sears is going out of business by doing business with Company's that are not reputable.

Pleasantly surprised

I was actually surprised I had a pretty good experience with this website. I ordered a super cute purse from them then I started looking into the reviews online and I got really nervous after I realized it would be coming from China. I was sure I wasn't going to end up receiving what I ordered...but they actually did respond to my emails when I asked about the shipping (even though it was in bad English) and I got the bag in about 2 weeks or even less, which was faster than I expected Also, the purse was gorgeous in person and actually turned out better than I expected. I've had it for over a year and it's still in pretty good shape. I can't vouch for the quality of the rest of the items on the site but all I can say is I had what seems to be a pretty rare good experience. No, even though I occasionally browse the clothing, I probably wouldn't order from them again just because of the uncertainty. I do think I got lucky. But based on my experience they don't seem like a scam website.

Good experience

I know what you're thinking and let me just make it clear that no I am not a fake account. No, oasap is not paying me for a positive review. Yes, this is all my honest opinion. I will admit at first I was a bit worried about ordering from oasap due to some of the negative reviews I read but I thought I'd give it a shot since I really wanted to buy this cute bag I saw for a GOOD price. I placed an order for it 2 weeks ago and I got my item today. Yes, delivery does take a while but I'm very happy with my purchase. It actually came before the estimated delivery date. It was supposed to come on Friday but it came today Monday. For an order coming from China I think 2 weeks is a decent amount of time. It stayed in China for almost a week after shipped, but once it reached San Francisco delivery went much faster. The quality of it Is great but the interior seems a little bit of low quality. It did come with minor scratches but I don't really mind it since it's not that bad. It is still decent. Also the customer service was excellent. They actually replied to me pretty quick and answered my questions. Would I order from oasap again? Maybe. It is not one of those stores I would order all the time from. I'm still also a little iffy about the website since many people have had a bad experience. I know this doesn't always mean that I will have the same problems, but I try to be careful when I make online purchases. So far my experience was great for it being my first time ordering, I did not go through any problems, it came before the expected delivery date, & customer service was great, my purchase is in good condition minus the scratches and the interior of the bag could have been of better quality-- which is why I'm rating it 4 stars.
