Started off well but finishing is not their forte

Started off so well but completion and customer service is not their forte. Trellis still not appeared and a hole behind a brick wall, that they created, has never been filled. "Tomorrow" was the standard response in terms of when they would let me know when the finishing touches would be done... Tomorrow it seems truly never does come. Now they don't even respond to messages. Shame really because the main work was done to a good spec, but completer/finishers they are not. Note they have now changed their name to Oakleaf Drives...
