Had a very good recent experience instore. One of the staff members named JamieLeigh was very kind, helpful and approachable. She was able to help me and got everything sorted swiftly.
Jamie Leigh’s dealing of my scammed account was very professional. She kept me informed all the way through and got my sim reactivated with in the hour..
Nadia was friendly and helpful. She sorted a refund and Bolt on for me. We discussed a new tariff and she explained that the one I was already on would work better for me.

Was quickly done and Nadia was very knowledgeable.

Went to O2 in Meadowhall this evening after a suspected fraudulent activity in my phone. I was very stressed and upset. On entering the shop the lady listened while I explained and she took me straight to Nadia who was so calm and patient. She looked into my account and someone had been trying to use my details. Nadia changed my SIM card and blocked my original one. I was in there less than 15 mins with peace of mind.
I cannot thank Nadia enough for her services today, one of the best experiences with O2 thank you

Face to face, perfect.
Tried to resolve the same issue over the phone, they said it was sorted but it wasn’t.
Jamie-leigh helped resolved my 2 month ongoing issue in 30 mins 10/10

Quick friendly customer service from Mason in Meadowhall called in to double check roaming was included, had Virgin media and didn’t realise that USA was included because of this, clearly explained from advisor
Mason was really helpful when I was querying a bill charge on my account. So much easier than phoning up

Nadia was extremely helpful and accommodating, she resolved my issue and dealt with O2 for me.
I was sent an insurance replacement and the esim wasnt provisioned, they wanted me to call up (HOW with no sim) and i kept going round in circles.
O2, useless... Nadia, exceptional.

After multiple calls to customer services relating to my sim not working correctly to receive text messages I visited the store and sat down with Mason who was very friendly, helpful and managed to resolve my issue and replace my SIM card and regain full service to my phone. He went above and beyond in supporting me and was a quick and easy process, it was nice to speak to someone in person who was able to help.
