I was thrilled to be able to order my preferred perfume through NZ Outlet & the emails confirming purchase was on its way, however thinking it was coming from in store NZ wide was surprised how long delivery was then seeing in the packaging it had come from overseas was a little annoyed that this wasn't conveyed in original emails. However I did receive it in good condition a day later than the tracking suggested, which is pretty good in todays Covid world.

We have already mentioned in each of our product's description (first line in bold fonts) that whether the product will be shipped from Christchurch NZ warehouse or from one of our Overseas Warehouse. We have also put text on top of the site requesting all website visitors to read product descriptions. The local vs. international delivery time-frames have also been mentioned on each of the product pages, each order confirmation email and also on our shipping policy page as well.
These are not new additions and have been on the website since day 1 of making such products available for purchase to our customers. We request you to do a quick re-check and edit your review.
