Well once I decide to withdraw they decide to do verification again then once I raise the concerns on the online chat they blocked my account. So I can't contact them other than email that they don't reply to.

An absolute nightmare do not deposit money here, the verification process is a shambles, I ended closing my account with them just keeping my winnings, even after supplying the relevant documents...

Never would I reccomend playing here avoid at all costs

The site itself is laid out great and easy to use. Some decent benefits with cash back etc every week. To play on, it is actually a good site. However, we are all there for one reason, which is to hopefully win and withdraw a little profit and this part, however, is what seriously changes this from a good online casino to a poor one. In my experience, and this will not be everyone’s experience though there are plenty of reviews indicating similar findings, you have to really FIGHT for your withdrawal with withdrawals rejected, emails back and forth (bear in mind every new request from support restarts the 72 hour withdrawal period again) and lots of jumping through hoops. Its disappointing, as I liked the ease of the site, but that’s probably why its designed that way, to suck you in then avoid any pay outs ever, or at least delay them for as long as possible. Up to this point I still have not been paid, but you know what, ill take it as money well spent as it only cost a few hundred to learn the lesson about this site. If they pay me, ill class it as a bonus, if they dont, which i suspect, a good LESSON LEARNED. EDIT - now paid out in full, but be prepared to suffer for your withdrawal

Wow the fact that ive sent them my details and they are now asking for a picture of me from waiste up showing the full length of my arm holding the documents that I previously sent I deposited £140 and I asked to withdraw £20 its embarrassing to do the things they are asking I've never known a casino site to do what they're doing I'm not that desperate for £20 pounds but please guys don't play on this site don't give them your money because you won't get any in return they're scamming people and asking for you go to crazy lengths to get your winnings embarrassing yourself looking desperate what a vile company.

Deposited 500, all lost, there was writed 10% cash back friday night , few ahours later get my account blocked, because i had account them in duelz, thats why i got blocked..

Here we go again after withdrawing 50 yesterday and 70 went in my account instantly withdrew 500 and 500 still waiting why so long you asked me time after time for documents 4 times I sent them in no doubt they'll try something to not pay not that there is anything unbelievable I'll update once I receive my winnings.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds but the casino is deliberately stalling. They asked me for a bank statement, but my bank (NatWest) confirmed they cannot issue a statement covering the dates of my deposits until 19 September. I provided the official transaction history instead, which clearly shows all my deposits via Trustly on 1, 2 and 3 September.

Despite this showing the exact same information as a statement, the casino is refusing to accept it. This is causing unnecessary delays to my withdrawal and goes against fair practice and their licensing obligations.

If they do not resolve this soon, I will have no choice but to escalate to their regulator and ADR service.

Is there anyway to contact someone when you've got a withdrawal pending because it seems impossible

This Company is a scam. The wagering requirements before you withdraw is astronomical. Take you money, forfeit bonuses if you press wrong key, while frustratingly trying to withdraw money 💰 where it says real money at the top!!! Stay away. Would give 0 if I could
