I'm on my third puppy I've purchased nylabone's for all nun of the puppies chewed on them

Puppy chewed Nylabone into pieces. Need to stop selling product.

I bought the toughest kind of a chewing resistant Nylabone. Our young dog, a Cocker Spaniel 10 months of age, chewed numerous chips from it in only 10 to 15 minutes. With a similar picture on their homepage Nylabone recommends an immediate exchange of a such a bone regarding its potential dangerous condition.
I contacted Nylabone using their contact page in this regard, but no reply at all after about 3 weeks.
Rubbish quality of product, same regarding the customers support, what more do I have to say!?!

My 7kg puppy destroyed the small chicken bone shaped chew in a matter of hours and the medium in less than a day. I contacted the UK distributor, as the website says it breaks into pieces the size of a grain of rice which will harmlessly pass through - but it doesn't - it breaks into choking sized pieces! The distributor is not remotely interested and told me not to give it to my puppy if it breaks into bigger pieces - which it states it should not do in the first place! They also state that they have never had a problem with these chews - I must be really unlucky to have got 3 faulty ones then! Thankfully I was keeping an eye on him. I will be avoiding nylabone products in future.

Purchase 3 in today Bison Bones, after the third bone was eaten over a month I realised this was making one of my dogs I’ll, reported to the company wee said….it’s to big for your dog and I should watch them as they eat!
