Great for House Morgage. Nykredit is a mortgage company and you realise that when you look for a loan. The process was fast and efficient. Well done! Probably not the best place if you need advanced banking services. But for a run of the mill house loan ideal.

My husband and I have been with Nykredit for the last almost 5 years and we are happy with a provided service. Our contact person/adviser Seniorprivatrådgiver Steffen Gram-Bohnsen is a professional of his industry, always available for needed help or advise. He is quick to react to requests and eager to do his best.

Bad service, they move slow, not serious when it's about credits. They want to have full control off your account, you have no intimacy in the qccount.

I recently contacted Nykredit bank to support me in buying a property. The representatives very professional in guiding me with my purchase and gave me all the right advice. Especially, Mr. Rasmus Poppelvig, Seniorprivatrådgiver clarified my questions in Bond Market and Mortgage loan in a very simple person language which gave me the confidence during the process. I would certainly thank Nykredit and Mr. Rasmus Poppelvig!

we had meeting with Henrik Block. Who was very cordial and nice person. he was very helpful and was trying to explain everything nicely.

Communicated about the car loan for a month, then the guy from NyKredit just went on vacation without notifying us, in the middle of the process. None of the colleagues were able to take over his work, so we were just left standing alone.

Then we turned to Diba car loan, and they have solved the loan issue in a few hours, giving us a loan paper right away, at a similar price.

As the title says, just terrible.

I have 2 car insurances, 2 ulykke insurances at Nykredit. I have tried to contact nykredit for 3 times to get an offer for indboforsikring, I was promissed I will be contacted by one of Your insurance guys. No calls, no emails within 2 months. That is not how it should be. Just about to change to another insurance company. Will not recommend Nykredit for others...

The need for greed and edit for their shareholders has obviously become more important that satisfied customers. Well let's see how long they are going to be able to live like that......

I was attached to that company without my sign or agreement. I called to refuse their offer, but still I was automatically attacked to it. I found a 3 times better offer, but I was not able to take it, because I was not able to transfer the same day.
Everybody I called just said "I cannot do anything about that, you will have to pay"
If I wanted to transfer I had to pay for 2 months and that a fine for transferring to other company.
It used to be a good company 4 years ago, but last 2 years only a bad experience.

I called Nykredit and asked them that i want to buy an andelsbolig.Price 350000 DKK.I also informed them that i am a Danish Citizen and i earn about 40000 DKK every month and i will pay advance 50000.Then Nykredit asked me , har du en gæld??I said ,i have mobile phone abonement and i pay 450 DKK every month.Then rådgiver sagde til mig over telefon vent et øjeblik fordi jeg skal snakket med en senior konsulent. so 5 minitues later he was Again on the telephone and said me that we can not issue a loan for you.i asked,what is the reason?? And there had no reason ..
