This is my 1st time trying fasting and the Nutriseed juices and soups have made it a more comfortable experience than I expected. The juices and soups taste nice and I think give me the nutrients my body needs to stave off hunger feelings on fasting days. There is a good variety of flavours to choose from too.

prepared my freezer for the arrival which was pretty quick
I made sure I had nothing in the diary meals out etc
I was ready to do 3 days
I found them very refreshing & tasty & was pleasantly surprised that I felt full all day so I carried on for the full 5 days the 5th day I did fancy some food so had a very light quinoa salad for dinner
Next day I weighed myself 6lbs lighter& feeling refreshed less bloated & full of energy
Holiday in 4 weeks so will do another 3 day cleanse the week before

I ordered a 3-day juice cleanse, and unfortunately it did not arrive. After getting through to the customer service team, it was swiftly dealt with and a replacement order was sent and received on time. The juices are really nice!

Was pleasantly surprised at how good the juices were…. Even the ones that I really didn’t like the sound of.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, my 3-day juice cleanse arrived on Monday with two batches of the same juice instead of 5 different juices as advertised. All of the bottles are only filled to 200ml which is 50ml below the stated quantity and against the packaged goods regulations. After emailing on Monday and again on Wednesday, it is now Thursday and still no response despite an automated reply saying 'we promise to respond within 24 hours'.

When i have bought a shot from a superstore its a lot more thicker and more turmeric or ginger
When these products rest in the fridge you can see how much turmeric or ginger sits at the bottom of the bottle and you can tell its watered down

Thank you for your feedback. Our shots are made to a specific recipe, and we do not add stabilisers, thickeners, or other additives that would artificially alter the texture.
Because we use natural ingredients, some settling is completely normal, which is why you may notice turmeric or ginger collecting at the bottom of the bottle when it has been sitting in the fridge. We recommend shaking the bottle well before consuming.

Made an order on Sunday evening and never received a confirmation E-Mail. I have since tried to contact them via email/ live chat and a telephone number (that doesn’t work).
I’ve had no response of any type and they have taken the money from our account not a great first impression.

Turmeric shots must be frozen !
Bought the goner turmeric shots, arrived within few days. Like other shots from different companies I put them immediately in the fridge. After a week I noticed the shot was a bit fizzy so I just thought maybe it was not sealed properly. Few days past by and noticed shots become fizzy. So email nutriseed and they reply was that these shots but be kept frozen and defrost 24 hrs before use. Nothing written on the home page, neither under nutrition, description or ingredients tab. Only hidden on “how to take your shots” in an hidden page. Not sure why this important information is not written in bold so customers know in advance what to expect and how to keep these shots properly refrigerated. End of the day I had to dispose half of quantity, waste of money. Never buy it again from this company.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the storage of our Ginger & Turmeric Shots. As our shots are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, they must be stored frozen upon delivery and can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days once defrosted.
Following our correspondence, we're pleased we were able to clarify the storage instructions and arrange a replacement for the bottles that had to be discarded. We also appreciate your acknowledgment that the shot care instructions included with the order were not read, which contributed to the misunderstanding.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this matter, and we hope you enjoy the goodwill replacement shots.
The beetroot shots I bought arrived…
The beetroot shots I bought arrived yesterday. Upon opening the bottles hadn’t been packed - just thrown in. Also one had leaked. Two bottles the labels had come off. And all the bottles had different quantities- some full and some half full. Never seen anything like this before. And already been spammed with marketing emails since Saturday— 8 in total.
