Excellent for an international order.

I’ll write this in English, as my experience of nutribio.pt is ordering for international delivery to Britain.
I was really impressed. I came across the site searching for something discontinued in UK, Germany & Belgium.
The customer service was great. Before ordering, I had questions about international postage, and their replies were quick and helpful, & notably knowledgable to answer questions that some sites that offer international postage are clueless about.
Dispatch took about week - but I wasn’t fussed. When it had been sent with DHL, it got here quicker than any other international parcel I’ve ordered that came with Parcelforce or Royal Mail (at the UK end) in years! And it was well packaged too.

Added needless fees, delivery time

Address was apparently incomplete, and only after alleging to deliver the order they asked for more delivery fees.
They are able to check if the address is valid easily instead of charging 4€ extra.
Also delay in delivery.

Bought a children syrup Thursday 17th, arrived Monday 21th. The product arrived well packaged which is nice. Transactional emails keep you informed of what is going on. The experience so far was nice.
