I bought Nushape over 2 1/2 years ago…
I bought Nushape over 2 1/2 years ago and can't say enough about it. I sought out red light therapy for a rare condition that I have - external iliac endofibrosis. My primary symptoms are during excercise my iliac artey (which feeds the femoral artery) initially constricts instead of dialating leading to cramping and heaviness during excercise and residual pain throughout the day and evening. I purchased the Nushape in hopes of improving my residual pain and for post-op treatment when I will need to have an operative repair.
I use the red light most nights to alleviate the pain and cramping and help with sleep. It has been invaluable in helping with exercise recovery, sleep and avoiding pharmaceuticals for pain management.
I chose Nushape primarily because it is flexible, lightweight, easy to travel with and easy to use when in bed.

Great product and customer service
I have had my wrap for over 3 years and it works so well! It recently stopped working and the customer service team has been greatly helpful in having me send pictures and determine the problem. They are so kind to send me a replacement

I love my Nushape Belt!!
I bought my Nushape awhile back and I love it!! I use it everyday. Not only does it help with weight loss, I have also found it helpful with lymphatic drainage after surgery and minor muscle pain relief. The customer service dept has been great and always responsive and helpful. I would recommend.

Love my nushape belt. Its helps with shaping , weight loss & relieving my lower back pain. Lots of benefits. I went to use it the other day & the lights weren't working even though I had power to it. Upon inspecting i found a loose wire. I contacted customer service & within less than 24 hrs I had a response. I have sent pictures/video but unfortunately the part I need isn't offered as a replacement part. (Out of warranty)They have offered a nice discount. I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this time. Even though I'm having this issue I would still recommend this company & their products. Customer service is top notch, 5 stars 🌟.

Great Customer Service
Recently I reached out to customer service due to only ½ of my belt was lighting up. Customer Service tried to fix the issue but was not able and my warranty had expired. Even though my warranty had expired they were willing to replace my belt. This is a company that stands behind customer service. I am so glad to be receiving a new belt as it has helped me lose inches around my waist, something that I have struggled with for a long time. I also have been using red-light therapy for my psoriasis and have seen great improvement in my skin. Thank you Nushape for your prompt response to get me a new wrap belt and back to healing once again.

Reached out to customer service due to lipo belt not lighting 1/2 of belt & and they quickly responded. After a few attempts to resolve the issue with not success they are willing to replace the belt, EVEN though the warranty has expired! I love my Nushape. It really does help with inflammation, and I believe it also aids in weight loss. You do still have to eat healthy and exercise, but it helps. The only issue is that half of the red light board went out after about a year and a half. They are replacing it because I am writing this review. I do recommend this product.

Hi. I want to say customer service is great. I’ve been a customer for at least 5 years & ordered several items which I think are excellent quality. Got in touch regarding lipo belt not lighting 1/2 of belt & asked what could be problem (it’s out of warranty) they responded quickly & are helping me replace it. Talk about great service. I need the belt for dual reasons. 1 being for pain in the lumbar & cervical it helps me deal with while seeing doctors. Besides using for it’s purpose for losing inches. Best wrap for fat loss!
I have tried other red light wraps over the years and none of them compare to the results provided by the NuShape Lipo wrap. When used consistently, along with drinking plenty of water, I lost on average of 1 lb per day…that’s 7 lbs per week…30 lbs per month!! I love my nushape wrap
I love my nushape wrap. I wear it every morning and every evening for 20 mins at a time for 3 weeks now and I have lost 8lbs and 2 inches off my waist. Worth the splurge!
I’m so happy I splurged on the Lipo wrap! I have previously done expensive red light treatments at my medi-spa, and it is so much more convenient to have an at home option. Great customer service in Nushape
I recently purchased the Lipo wrap, this is the first time I purchase from Nushape and so far I can say they have great customer service. My lipo wrap came without the adapter and controller and I didn’t notice it until weeks later when I was about to try it for the first time, I contacted them by email and the response was fast and efficient. They are sending me the missing adapter and controller after verified that it was not added to my order. With that being said I’m even more excited to try my lipo wrap.

I'm very happy with the Nushape belt
I'm very happy with the Nushape belt! After having two kids, the skin around my midsection was quite loose anf jiggly, since I started using the belt around my tummy, my skin feels much tighter and firmer. I've also noticed that the appearance of my stretch marks has gradually faded. I had an epidural during childbirth, which left me with persistent lower back pain. Using the NuShape belt has helped relieve that pain significantly. I use the belt every day for a 20min session, and it's become an essential part of my routine. Not only has it helped with pain relief, but my skin texture has also improved. It's convenient to use at home, and I absolutely love it!
