Expats - Do not use!
This is the second time I've taken time off to wait for a Numericable technician to come and install a line. Second time no show. No explanation, no one to complain to. You can't email them, can't access the customer area on website because I'm not a customer (trying to log on with your email does NOT work),and then there's the customer service number... one in ten will speak English. If they don't speak English THEY HANG UP. Pass it on to your colleague who CAN speak English, for god's sake! It's fine for a French person to ignore me for not speaking the language, but you're trying to win my custom here, aren't you?
