Great colosseum and Roman Forum tour with kids
We had great communication in the rebooking stages and the tour itself was fantastic. Cecilia was an incredible tour guide who was patient with the kids. She continuously tried to keep them engaged with pictures and amazing stories. The parents learned a great deal of information, I would say more than the kids. The kids loved the little gift they received at the end of the tour. We recommend this tour to anyone with children, it helps keeps them engaged.

This guided tour of the Roman Forum and Colosseum with the Arena was fabulous. Fulvia, our guide, was very knowledgeable and kind. She pointed out things that we would have missed. These sites are so large that even those with familiarity benefit from a thoughtful guide. The Numa people were great to work with as well. Highly Recommended!

Its all about the guide
We have had numerous tours and guides and what will set you apart from the others is the guide. It's always hard to "find" your group so that's a given. Once the tour begins and the guide shows passion, and geniune enjoyment in what they do, I get excited. We had that experience once again so thank you!

WORST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!
WORST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!! No personality. Completely monotone. the 3 hour ytour of the Coliseum for my party of 12 was the worst experience ever and we could not wait for it to end. Had we of entered the Col.iseum first onnstead of as the last part of the tour, we would have ended it immediately afterward.

Lack of Clarity - Updated based on Numatours response
Itinerary was not provided upon purchase, and clarity was not provided on the amount of time allocated for the Arena tour. On the official website they say you have 20 minutes to view the area from the arena, but we only had 5 and were quickly told to proceed even though this is the main attraction of the area.
Update;
As NumaTours wants clarifications on the difficulties faced. By "itinerary was not provided"? I mean that specific expectations of how long we will spend in the arena is not outlined. If what is being told is true on the arena time, it is simply being limited by the tour guide alone to a couple minutes rather than the expected 20 minutes
FYI: please check the 24h inly ticked colosseums official website and the time regulations.
Again, the time inside did not vary depending on any crowd levels or park regulations as instead of telling us that we can spend some time, the guide themselves decided one or two minutes was fine and that we should leave after that, no park officials cane to us or the tour guide to ask us to move from the premises.

Regarding the Arena time, please note that access is managed by the Colosseum Archaeological Park, not by Numa Tours. Time inside can vary depending on crowd levels and park regulations.

Tour guide for the Roman Forum and Colesseum was super knowledgeable and very patient with our group. Made sure we were in the shade when possible and pointed out water fountains to fill our water bottles. Was especially patient with an elderly member of the group who needed some extra time. Be aware there is a lot of walking with some steep steps and ramps. Excellent tour though and learned so much.
