Excellent customer service
Had an issue with the rapid cool we bought back in February from boots. It wasn’t working as effectively. Emailed customer service team and had a reply back within 12 hours. I was given instructions on a test to do and to reply back to them. I replied late on Thursday and by Tuesday I had a new rapid cool arrive! Excellent customer service! Thank you to Neil Armstrong, customer services supervisor, for sorting this out so quickly!

Nuby Customer Service
I contacted Nuby on Monday via email regarding the error code on my Nuby Hot as it was no longer working. They got back to me very quick, the next day and they sent out a brand new replacement and I have received it today (Wednesday).
As a first time mummy to a 5 month old, who’s hunger is everything.. I’m glad to have my Rapid Hot back as it saves SOOO much time, especially when using the rapid cool along with it.
Thank you Nuby! You have saved my sanity 😁

I had an issue with my rapid cool…
I had an issue with my rapid cool steriliser, we use this every time we make a bottle so it’s an essential in our day to day lives. It stopped working so I contacted nuby and they helped me with my issue and replaced it for me.
Ashley Pace was the person who helped me and she was amazing,very quick to respond and so polite.

Purchased the 3 minute steriliser, which is a fabulous product - no steam or hot water going everywhere! Unfortunately it did develop a fault and the 'on' button stopped working. However, I dropped them an email - they asked me for some photos and a video of the problem, which I duly sent. They responded extremely quickly and have replaced the unit. Cannot fault the customer service.
