Package never arrived, allowed refund

I have made a big order with nu3. However, the package never arrived at my address. According to the post, the complaint about lsot/stolen package has to be initiated by nu3, apparently, it can not be done by customer (me). They were rude and declined to give any help. All they had to do is forward my complaint to the Post from their side and that was too much to expect.

After this review, they got in touch with me. And they were extremely professional, granting a refund!

Utterly unacceptable and rude behavior!!

We have been ordering large quantities of Protein Bars (and at times, other additional supplements) for quite some time now. But lately not only has our orders arrived over a week late, they do not even email confirmation anymore! Our last order was cancelled so we had to re-order it, arrived at a very far service point and we were never notified about it!!! So the store had to send it back!! When we asked for compensation, or at least a discount, their response was- “we don’t give discounts anymore, use our newsletter rate”! Because they distribute to stores now, they completely ignore private persons!! It is sad, disappointing and utterly unacceptable how they respond and behave!! They’ve just lost a long-term subscriber and I’ll make sure to share this on my social, too!! Absolutely horrendous experience, very sad!!!!

I ordered the cookies and cream after…

I ordered the cookies and cream after ordering the chocolate for month before. I must say it does not taste like cookies and cream at all. I stick to chocolate for now. I would deduct one point for one wrong order I received. However I can admit this can happen.

Bad customer service

I placed an order on October 3rd. They sent the package to the wrong address and wrong PLZ, so the package was automatically returned. It has been 10 days and I have still not received my money back. Status in Klarna is 'still waiting for return confirmation from nu3'. Have no clue how they managed to send the package to the wrong address in different province if my correct address is in my profile and I have been placing orders for the past 2 years.
Not to mention that in my previous
orders there was always an item missing.
Customer service is slow and unwilling to accept that they have made a mistake. They didn't even want to send the returned package to the correct address, but told me to place another order. Before I even got my money back. Unbelievable, just wasting my time.

Bad experience, still waiting for a refund after almost 2 months

I ordered for the first time by nu3 because I received a discount from Sovendus. I needed vegan proteins and they happened to have a 2 packages Special offer for like 35 chf. In order to use the discount I decided to reach 50chf and bought some other small things. I payed and after 2 days I was informed that they wouldn’t have sent me the proteins because out of stock, so I would have received just the other two items I really didn’t need and would have had to pay the delivery and the money that wasn’t discounted since my order now didn’t reach the 50 chf. I phoned and said I could wait for the restocking or I wanted the money back (I really didn’t need the rest of the things in my cart). Ok we’ll give you the money back. After one month, still nothing. I had to phone again and finally I was sent an email saying I’ll get the whole money back. It’s been more than a week and still nothing on my bank account. I will never order from them again. Big disappointment.

Back in May 2020 I ordered a lot of…

Back in May 2020 I ordered a lot of stuff to have some stock at home. When I get the product delivered I found a very bad surprise. All products with very short shelf life!! For instance, proteins (I bought 2 packs of 2,5 kg) with expiry date Jan 2021, EAA Pulver 2 packs of 400 gr with expiry date August 2020!! That's unacceptable, it was my fist and last experience with nu3. Some others would have at least informed me

Scammers, be aware!

Unacceptable experience, I ordered stuff months ago they did not deliver / they did not pay back my money.

They do not answer to emails and their "support" line is always occupied. I am chasing my money since months.

Never order from them.
