Expensive
Fast delivery, charge of £9.99 for two small items that were received in an envelope excessive. Parts are also costly will look for cheaper alternatives next time.

What great service
I got through on the support line in no time at all ,maybe a minute. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and identified the part requires in no time at all, the part was ordered and delivered a day later. This is what great service looks like. As a side note I can't remember seeing such clear wiring diagrams on a support site - really great

Excellent Customer Service and Support
Design, supply and support have all been excellent so far. I have yet to start installing the system - nice little job for the festive period.
The boxes delivered have everything required including a very comprehensive set of design specs and instructions.
I needed to tweak the design when it was first issued due to a slight change in the house renovation plans and Nu-Heat were happy to accommodate this change and reissue the layout design for the pipe layout without any fuss. There always seems to be someone on the end of the phone able to help with questions which is reassuring. I'm not expecting this over Christmas. This part of the job should be fine.

Cost of packaging (Jiffy bag inside plastic bag) and postage is excessive at£9.99. So a spare part costing just over £10, add Vat and p/p becomes over £24.
