Like every distributor, Novecore has to enforce certain rules and guidelines given to us by the stores. You are free to resubmit a corrected version of the release for no extra charge to you.
The rejection email should have contained a reason about why your release was rejected. If you need further clarification, please email me at matthias.merkel@staclar.com and ensure to include the release ID or UPC.

I've requested to transfer my catalog (3 songs). It's been 5 days, I haven't received a response and my tracks are still online with the other distributor. I've tried to contact them on Instagram and whatsapp but I've received no response. It's a shame cause I really like what they offer.
