I have still not received this order despite it being ordered on November 29th. It took several days before being even dispatched from Novaperfume and the last known location was Venlo on Dec 9th.
I cannot track it any further since this date. Hugely disappointed, I know it's Christmas time and everywhere is busy but I think 2 weeks awaiting delivery or even being able to track it is very bad.

Ordered on 26 November and just today received an email that the order had been processed. Was meant to be a Christmas gift for my sister who is leaving the country on Friday and looks very unlikely I will have anything. Very disappointing service.
